I am wondering if a pinched nerve in the neck can cause dizziness because my mom is going through alot, and now she has dizziness on top of all of it so is this possible?
I usually get one about once a year for terrible pain in my lower hip/back when the weather gets cold. I got a shot for pain last Friday, ran a marathon (my first) on Saturday and now the pain is back. Should I tough through it or call the doctor?
I have had tremors in my left arm for several years. It is getting worse. I have had neck pain over the last 2 years and it is getting worse. I am starting to get light headed and weak. I don’t understand what is going on. I have always been healthy. Please help!!!
The USA is the ONLY country in the world that does not use the English court system where civil trials are settled by the losing party paying the legal expenses to the winning party. This means if you are sued in a frivolous law suit, the plaintiff has to reimburse you for the horrendous damage they did by filing a frivolous law suit.
Guess what? Only the USA is constipated with more trials and law suits, way beyond our capacity. Our entire lives are so litigous, everyone is worried about law suits, in every facet of our lives.
The country desparately needs tort reform and John Edwards, the trial lawyer predator, is running for President & he has the gall to scream about health care costs! Huh? Trial lawyers are an integral part of the problem. They cause health care cost to sky-rocket.
If anyone had any commitment to curbing health care costs, injury lawyers would be included in the process.
Did anyone but me notice that Michael Moore gave trial lawyers a pass?
I went to the er yesterday because I thought I had kidney stones, they took a ct, it didn’t show any kidney stones, but it showed that I had a slipped disc (L5). The er doctor gave me percocet and soma for the pain, said to stay off my feet for two days, and told me to follow up with my primary care physician on it. What can be done to fix a slipped disc? I’m in agony!

I have a 8 month old daughter. Her biological father has not been around since i was 3 months pregnant. He is not on the birth certificate. I have a condition known as brachial plexus, erbs palsy i am 27 years old and at birth weighed 10 pounds and during the delivery the doctor used forceps on me anddamaged nerves, Now I have trouble doing alot of things i cant eat with it, do any type of over the head movements, it is so weak that i cannot lift something as small as a can of soda, and all the things that i have tried seem to fail b/c of this and wonder if i could still after all this time try to get compensated for it, hate to be so long winded and bad writing but in a hurry any help would be great very depressing situation i am in.
What happens if your lawyer can`t find the arresting officer to testify in court. Do they drop the charges or what?

I am looking at possible convictions on both a DWI and a reckless driving charge. I am a 24yr old guy. I had no previous driving charges, though.
My husband & I are trying to apply for apartments but I get so worry because of his DWI-misdemeanor. Do you guys think he can still approve for an apartment with the DWI? My wife was hit by a 20 year old idiot who failed to yield. Her 2000 Ford Mustang was totalled. It strained her neck and back a little. I took her to the ER the following night because she was hurting. She got a couple of pain med scripts and an ex-ray which was negative. Is it worth getting a lawyer to sue the stupid 20year old, because she probably wont get much for her car. A downgrade at least. Get a lawyer?
I have been suffering from chronic back pain ever since I can remember. I also have scoliosis. I’m only 25 and I think that I am to young to have this kind of pain. I have been in 2 car accidents in my life, one when I was 15 and I was knocked unconsious and another when I was 19. Both I had very bad back pain. I have got MRI’s done and everything . I constantly go to the doctors office. I even filed for disability, and have been denied. So is there anyone out there that recieves disability, and what were the requirements to get through a bad situation like mines.
