Can someone claim they saw you driving and then tell the cops then the cops give you a dwi even when they state in their police report they did not observe you driving or in or near your vehicle?

Since yesterday morning, my upper left back has been hurting me because I slept on it wrong. Yesterday, it felt like a muscle knot and it felt more relieved when rubbed. But today, it still hurts a lot but it feels like a pinched nerve. I don’t know which one it is, so I don’t know how to treat it. HELP!!! Any advice is accepted. Thanks in advance!

How long does it take a lawyer and/or the law firm to file a lawsuit? My case manager said that he sent my case to the Litigation team(dept.). He said that they are a little behind and they have to file the cases that S.O.L are coming up. How long does it take to file a personal injury(premises Liability)? Also how much does it cose to file one? State of NY. Thank you

I am wondering how long it usually takes for insurance companies to settle auto bodily injury claims. I rear-ended a driver at a stoplight at about 5MPH back in July. He complained of no injuries at the time, officer noted no injuries. Anyways, he later made a claim against my policy, and my adjuster said it is still unresolved (been about 3 months now).

Is it normal for it to take this much time, or am I about to be taken to court? My insurance apparently covers to 0,000.

Now it looks like after paying him off, and the creditors, and bankruptcy people (trustee/his attorneys) – I’m not even getting 1/3 of the initial settlement!!! Is this fair? What can I do?

My friend is in jail today for driving drunk. The police officer said she will be transfer over to a courthouse tomorrow morning and I was wondering if they will make her plea or will it just be a meeting with the judge to arrange a court date? I live with almost constant pain since I was injured this year. It isn’t gut wrenching pain but more or less determined by weather and physical activity. I am trying to work through it but my future may be ruined if I over work my condition. It has changed my disposition and I find it difficult to smile. When it gets sore I tend to start guarding my injury. My OCPT has told me to work through it within my restrictions and my lawyer advised me to be prepared. I may end up losing my job very soon because of my limitations. They are starting to harass me at work.

I have been having on and off problems with a burning, stinging, tingling sensation on my right side that goes from my lower right side into my butt and down my leg. It mainly hurts at night or when I play rugby and am running fast and making sudden moves. I am going to stop seeing chiropractor and ride my stationary bike, do core training, stretch and ice. Diagnosed last week or Multi level disc degeneration disease-I have CONSTANT pain in my arms and legs and feet-I was prescribed gabapentin but I am not sure if it will work or if it will just leave me drugged out. My question is has anyone had this that did not have surgery? Is there any other ways to help this without having surgery?
