If I decide to handle my own auto personal injury case, do I have to provide a statement to the other AT FAULT insurers insurance company? I was an injured passenger in my sister’s car and the other person was found to be 100% at fault by their own insurance company. Too, can I file a claim with my sister’s insurance and my own insurance? I am not with the same auto insurance carrier (it’s been about 2-3 months that I switched), but can I still claim with them? i think it’s a pinched nerve, that’s what my dad said and he was about 2 months away from getting a PhD in anatomy at Northwestern. it’s when you stretch your arm after it happened and it hurts.

i think i might have a pinched nerve in my neck, it hurts so bad my teeth are tingly and it hurts to swallow on the one side. can a pinched nerve cause that?

Question Details: i had an acccident about a year and half ago and i was a passenger. i have no health insurance and have been footing all medical bills thus far. i am writing a deman letter right now but am wondering how much should be my compensation request.
here’s a brief summary. the other driver is at complete fault. i have all soap notes from doctors,bills and reports. we were hit head on while on our way to my root canal surgery, i was having my permanent put in. i had to go in 2 weeks later wearing a cervical collar. i have choronditis, back sprains and horrible knee contusions still left on my foot. my doctor has recommended physical therapy for up to 3 months but i can’t afford to go anymore thus why i am trying to settle.
total medical bills is about 12,000 not including other misc like pills.
i just don’t want to ask too high or be taken for a fool,so please help. thanks.

5 days ago a sharp sting (like needles) was in my leftshoulder,and i have been taking Ibprofen and i just switched to Asprin. My whole left arm is numb from my shoulder to my fingers. i can barley stand it. Does it even sound like I even have a pinched nerve in my neck? And would I look stupid if i went to the hospital to get it looked at? Cause i have no insurance. Please give me some advice.Thank you

I got a DWI in Long Island in May 2008. Many city jobs require you to pay .00. to take a exam. I would I be wasting time and money taking any jobs for the city , state , federal or postal?

Has used his state farm policy and is now going after mine. he walked away 70 days ago just fine. i even drove by his residence a few times and he l ooked just fine also. this is a moral point for me. you have to stand for something or youll;; fall for anything. i cant stand the thought if my insurance also state farm ends up paying out. not because my rates would go up; obviously wouldn’t like that. but here in south florida , people from other nearby countries are always pullin this. should i try to round up possibly neighbors of his, co workers if i can figure out where he works, and any local businesses he go to to prove he is not and was not hurt.
However he did use his liability/bodily injury first. does that mean he just paid his deductible. never understood auto ins.
