hurtting in my left side of my mid back. Mostly when I lay on that side in bed or over use that muscle during the day I feel it. Do you think it could be a spinal situatrion or just a sprain. It has been hurting severly when I lay on it at night for the past three months. I am going to see my doctor but I wanted to see what your all opinions were. Thanks.

I have been told to look under legal malpractice attorney’s but I only get attorney’s who sue other professions.

I have tried twice to undergo an mri, but when I lie flat on my back the pain is so intense I cannot handle it! I’m at the end of my rope, and I just wonder if there’s anyone else out there who has had this same problem. What alternatives did your doctor give you?

I had a Whiplash injury back in August 2010, I having been suffering with the following:

Restricted neck movement, neck pain, low back pain and right leg pain (poss Sciatica root problem) My pains are now chronic and im finding everyday activities such as walking, bending going up the stairs very difficult.

I have been diacogosed with Post Traumatic Stree Disorder and mild depression.
I also have paninc attacks thinking about the accident.

Would I be covered under the DDA act?

I’d like to have something that you can have a career in when you get out or should I just give it up and get out? I am a Cav Scout now but I’d like to stay in even if it means a BS deskjob

I’ve tried pain pills, epidural shots etc. I’m in constant pain from the moment I wake up in the morning. I got a new firm mattress and that almost has made my condition worse. I have another epidural shot coming in Sept. but I need some help or advice. I have to take pain pills just to get some relief because I have 2 toddlers. Help??

I have a few online stupid profiles. I had a serious auto accident when I was 19, almost 7 years ago. I have a brain injury and Spinal injury. I wonder if I should include this tid bit in my profiles for people who don’t know me. I hate when people who first meet me think that i was born this way.

A family friend attorney referred me to a medical malpractice law office. How much eventually would my attorney friend expect to receive from a malpractice settlement? Flat rate? A percentage of the 1/3 contigency? Thanks.
