pain pills but im in a ton of pain and am not getting up. is it necessary to go to the ER? won’t they just give me pain pills? btw im most certain i got the nerve damage from a nurse who hit my sciatic nerve while giving an injection.
no it was pain meds in liquid form that were given to me through injection but not an epidural and i got this shot two and a half weeks ago.

i put a lot of strain on my lower back in the weights room (yeah i know i f*cked up) ever since then when i move my head forwards theres a strange fairly strong vibration in my lower spine just between top of buttocks and my back makes the kind of noise it makes when you blow bubbles in a drink

I’m trying to work on my abs but due to a lower back injury it is hard to do sit ups or anything that causes strain to my lower back. What other exercise can I do to get a complete work out on all my abdominal muscles? My goal is to have a nice formed six pack … something I have not been able to do due to my lower back pain.

i had a shot two weeks ago and my bottom is numb and in so much that it shoots down my leg. they gave me a shot for my headache because it was so bad but im in horrible pain now 2 weeks later. can this cause nerve damage? or will it go away? thx!
