I’ve heard of running clinics, but I don’t have the $ to go to one.

I have walked a lot before, but stopped for a year due to long illness.

Had lower back injury/knee injury I recovered from years ago. Am concerned light jogging will make it come back.

I would like to know if you have an outline of walking/jogging I can follow.

I am 34 weeks pregnant. In the last few days I have developed pain in my left butt cheek and hip and it is only on the left. I know many pregnant women have issues with their sciatic nerve.

I’m not sure if my back injury is serious or not. I’m a 13 year old girl, and 4 months ago, in one of my basketball games, i took a hard hit and fell on my back awkwardly. It still hurts to this day. When I walk, part of like my lower spine pops…
I’ve tried everything, ice, heat, ibuprofen… nothing has worked, and the pain is sometimes unbearable.
My mom is taking me to the doctor tomorrow, and we were informed that I will probably need and x-ray or MRI.
Any ideas on what this could be? Also, I visited the doctor a day after the game i was injured in, and they said it was like a muscle thing. Except, it doesn’t feel like the muscle that hurts, it’s like my spine…

i have a leased 2005 nissan murano
this is the 4th time the lumbar support broke in less the 3 YEARS!!! can i get nissan to write something saying that it keeps breaking and if it breaks after warranty i won’t pay anything when i turn it in?

My mother and father are going through a very nasty divorce. Since I believe my father’s affair is wrong he and his girlfriend have hacked into my bank account, stolen credit cards, and have continually been harassing me and my family. I have checked into this and in Alabama there is really nothing they can do to either my dad or his girlfriend except for maybe a slap on the wrist which is time consuming, expensive and non-effefctive.
My sister and I get migraine headaches. I get them bad enough to throw up several times, and when that would happen he would inject me with either Vistoril or Phenergan, both narctotic anti-nausia drugs he had stolen from the hospital. I NEVER asked to be given either of these, and he admitted injecting both me and my younger sister in court. Unfortunately we did not have enough money to afford a stenographer. What’s the best thing I can do to prove my case?

had a shot two weeks ago in my bottom and now my left side is killing me. its numb and hurts at the same time. can an injection cause nerve damage or will this go away eventually? they gave me a shot in each cheek for a bad headache i had. :/ thank U!

I’m an adult and has had this pain since i was very young. Several treatments i’ve tried just work temporarily after which the pain returns. Sometimes its so severe that when i bend to sweep for instance, i can’t easily stand up straight.

i have a kinda big bruise but its not like a bruise pain
i cant really explain it
umm i have tried ice and heat nothing works
i have tried pain medicane nothing
the pain is a weird feeling
i cant lie down or sit
i went to softball practice the other day and i think i made it worse
cuz there is more pain
well i have a tournament this weekend and i want to play
i am trying to tough it out but its hard to
i only have 3 tournaments so i dont want to go the doctor yet unless i have to
what do u think it might be???
is there anything else i can do???
