I am due with my 3rd child in a week and have had one baby without an epidural and the last one with one. However the blood patches and headaches from the epidural mistake was WORSE than labor. (Yes, if that is possible) Help? Likelyhood of this happening again?

I had blood drawn in Indio, Ca for a recent DUI arresst. My record is Clean and i believe my blood will show I was at 0.08 or below. Arresting officer said my blood results would take 2 to 3 wks for results. The Attorney I interviewed said it could take 3 to 4 months. My court date is in 2 months. How can i be convicted in court if i don’t even have test results?
Attorney said we would do a split with blood sample and retest it in a private lab. What is the best way for me to get blood results FAST. I’ve already made appointment with DMV for hearing.

i had a bad fall and have had numbness in my pointer finger ever since going on 8 weeks. I have no pain just strange numbness. i have not had this seen no pain why bother anyone out there been there done that ?

Initially, the surgery ( spinal fusion ) stopped the sciatic pain I was experiencing and it helped quite a bit for the last 6 years. In the last 6 months or so I have developed severe muscle spasms. I have undergone physical therapy treatment, and am now going to a pain clinic where I am receiving trigger point injections which only help temporarily. I cannot have nerve blocks because of the metal in my back. Any suggestions?

i don’t know what grade, but i really don’t want surgery. Last year when i had it i just had to take 12 weeks off soccer and lots of PT! BUT PT is FUN! so i’m glad i get to do that again. they said something about possible listhesis but they dont think it is

I have this terrible back pain in the upper and lower back. I have not been able to work out because I don’t want to make it worse. I thing I probably have an injury, serious injury, ant I think I might need surgery. I’ve had it for enough time to start worrying.

I know you guys would its not wrong they made him go threw pain they made him get out of they bed and stand up meanwhile his ankles were broken him crying in pain . I don’t care if they lose their jobs because if they don’t do it right they shouldn’t do it at all. They should have taken x-rays and put something on his feet.

I was in an accident and it was my fault everyone was hurt but i got no tickets and wasnt arrested for anything but the man driving the other vehicle was charges with dwi or dui and was arrested they took blood from all yet hes been charged and still i have not i dont understand why is his lawyer now trying to file charges on me cause his client was charged…… it was an accident

Had someone make a left hand turn on a yellow and hit them dead on. My car was totaled and three people left with injury’s. Other car was damaged bad and they walk away with no injury’s. So this was not my fault. I currently did not have insurance but the other driver did. What can I do ? Can i make a claim to there insurance company.

I thought I had a broken femur,although there was no trauma to any part of my body. I went to the hospital, they took x rays of all the bones, found no fractures, no dislocations. Pain continues to come and go, mostly come. I am immobilized. What’s wrong and what to do?
