Herniated disc giving pain what can be done to help it?
I have a herniated bulging disc in my lower back and at times it gives me some pain down my right buttock and sometimes down my right leg as well. Is there anything I can do to cure it, I’ve had it for years and have been to physio, chiropractors and massage but hasn’t cured it any ideas out there????

In short, there is no simple solution. It helps if you keep your back and abdominal muscles strong. Exercising your abs is comparatively easy, but it’s harder to tone up your back. There are gym machines for it, or you can lie on the floor on your stomach, and lift your head, arms, and legs, keeping them straight.
If your condition is debilitating you can have surgery as a last resort, but the risk of failure is high, and you’ll be out of action for a long time.
It’s a horrible condition which millions of people suffer from, so I feel for you.
