About two weeks ago, I was walking across the grass in a public high school (in California), when I walked into a sprinkler hole and severely sprained my ankle. I did not notice that anyone was around and went on and limped throughout the day. I now have a huge medical bill and haven’t been able to work since. Would it be possible for me to sue and have them pay me back for what I have lost?
I went to the hospital the same day. But no, the school itself has no record of my injury.

Ive been looking for a good supportive mattress that will hopefully alleviate some of my pain while sleeping. I have very bad back probs (had surgery for herniated disk last year but still have pain) and also have sciatica all through right leg. Can anyone please give me a good recommendation for a bed that may help with these problems?

I did intense HIIT cardio 4 days in a row this past week with some heavy deadlifting thrown in on a sore lower back. Did I strain my sciatic nerve which is now causing this discomfort?

I have several cervical bulging discs and go to a chiropractor three times a week for treatment. He always pops my neck and back and the next day I am always in excruciating pain.

I have quite a bit of back pain. A recent MRI shows a bulging disc is the source. A good friend who teaches Yoga recommended attending her core strengthening class to help with the pain. I attended one class several months ago before I was diagnosed and it increased my pain substantially for about a week or two.
My friend is very angry at me for not taking this class as she believes it would help with my back pain. Every hunch I have says it will make things worse.
Should I take this class?
