can a pinched nerve in your neck cause tingly teeth?

i think i might have a pinched nerve in my neck, it hurts so bad my teeth are tingly and it hurts to swallow on the one side. can a pinched nerve cause that?

I have damaged nerves in my neck due to a cervical spine injury and I’ve never felt anything like that. Nerve pain is more of a burning pain.

Yes it could. Nerve damage can do strange and wonderous things.
Tingly teeth can also be a sign of heart problems. Best of Luck
