can a pinched nerve make you feel like you are having a heartattack?

i went to the er last month cause i had all the symtoms od a heartattack. they did all kinds of tests. they said i might have a pinched nerve. but i feel like this all the time and my dr. wont do nuttin . im sick of feeling like this .i went to the er 4 times in the last 4 months cause i thought i was having a heartattack.

I would get a second opinion on it from another doctor, and see if another doctor can give you anything for it. They really should be giving you something for it, because supposing one day you really had a heart attack and they just dismissed it saying it was the pinched nerve?

Really should be sorting it out in my opinion.
Well I suppose if you pinch muscles in your pectoral area you could mimic the feelings of a heat attack.
