Can you have sex with a herniated disc in your back?

had a herniated disc in my lower back for about 4 months now.I wanted to know can would it still be ok if me and my girlfriend had sex?Will we have to have to cut down on sex?Will sex make the pain and the herniated disc more worse?

Evaluate how bad you feel, I think it is NOT totally out of the question, there are different positions that you can do, and if your girlfriend is totally understanding, then what a sweetheart

If you have physical therapy mention it to therapist, and they will (not demonstrate-lol) advise the recommended way

You can try and if you are miserable quit! Hopefully she will care enough to stand by and adapt to your situation!

why not, just be care full let her be on top. and u can always just ask ur doctor. no big deal. I am surprise he didn’t have u restrictions including your sexual activity.
i would say no. have you been to the doc? have you been treated for this? you should ask him.
It shouldn’t affect your disc.
It would be ideal for your girlfriend to go on top because the thrusting may hurt your back. You just need to take it slow.
