Did the government really hide the sleigh and deer parts and used black helicopters to deliver presents to children ever since?

I got a DWI in Long Island in May 2008. Many city jobs require you to pay .00. to take a exam. I would I be wasting time and money taking any jobs for the city , state , federal or postal?

I was just curious, it came to my mind after talking to my girlfriend about how long minor violations stay on record (which is an average of three years).

If a trucker gets a dwi in his off time, he loses his license and job immediately and cant get another driving job for 3-7 years because the insurance companies won’t insure him. Does the same apply for police officers and if not, at what cost to the taxpayers does it take to keep them insured. IS THERE EQUAL JUSTICE!!!

there was some property damage too but no one has said what was done and the dumbass doesn’t remember. He will have a PD. It’s been a month and no one has talked to him.

I know what they stand for.
I was arrested for driving drunk when I was a kid. I later got a lawyer who told me he got my DUI reduced to a DWI. Now I am pretty sure they are the same thing and he was just pulling my leg.

if u get a dwi can u work in a place that serves alcoholic beverages?

Don’t worry, I have never been arrested or have a record, I’m just curious because I’ve heard both these acronyms used.
One friend of mine says that a DUI is driving under alcohol intoxication while DWI is driving under the influence of drugs. But another friend of mine says it doesn’t matter, they’re both the same. I’m confused.

Meaning worse punishments for higher BAC scores. Currently DWI laws have the same punishments for any BAC over the limit when its far more dangerous to drive at twice (or even 3 times) the legal limit. I also think if drunk and you kill someone it should be murder, not manslaughter.

i took the test, im not looking to be a city/rural carrier. im looking for clerk and proccesing plant work. i have outstanding customer service experience, and i attend college. would that knock me out consideration for a job?

Okay so my sister’s boyfriend got pulled over and he was drunk. He got arrested for DWI. My sister had to go get him but she didn’t want to give me any details on what happened. This man is a complete loser! He went to court for this a few days ago. My main question merely is did my sister have to pay something to get him out of jail and if so how much is estimated? By the way this is in Minnesota. Thanks to all.

Basically says it all.. I worked for a restaurant delivering, and they fired me after i got a dwi, would i still be able to apply for unemployment???
oh i forgot, here is a quick edit*** I could have still worked there under a workers permit, so might that make a difference?

I will not be driving the veichle, I will be a passenger along with five others. Will they let me in? My friend coming with me has a Driving while Ability Impaired, will he be allowed in?
