Did the government really hide the sleigh and deer parts and used black helicopters to deliver presents to children ever since?

I was rear ended by a drunk driver that has multiple DWI’s and 3 convictions (about to be 4) in TX. What will happen to him? How do I find out this information? What outcome does this have on me? I didn’t get the exchanging of information sheet due to being injured and how do I obtain that?

I got charge and convicted of DWI when i was 17, Im now 18 years old.

I am now 21 and done with my probation in the begining of July for a dwi i got almost two years ago? would this prevent me from getting a job as a bank teller?

I was arrested for a DWI in Feb ’07, I haven’t been to court yet. Is there a time limit for them to convict me or release the charges?

my fiance has only driving while intoxicated on his record for the past 15 years, bet does have an assault sharge from about 20 years ago. We’re trying to figure out where we can honeymoon. I found that we should be able to get him a passport but the visiting country determines whether he can visit.

I had an auto accident on July 5 and was not arrested and charged until Oct.21, 2008. Have my rights to due process been violated?

I was convicted about 11 years ago for driving while suspended because I didn’t take a driver improvement course. Now it is not related to drinking and driving or anything like that. I was never arrested I just needed to take the driver improvement course. Would that show up on a criminal background check? Or just a driving record?

Can someone claim they saw you driving and then tell the cops then the cops give you a dwi even when they state in their police report they did not observe you driving or in or near your vehicle?

My friend is in jail today for driving drunk. The police officer said she will be transfer over to a courthouse tomorrow morning and I was wondering if they will make her plea or will it just be a meeting with the judge to arrange a court date? When does she have to plea and how would she plea? Not guilty, guilty? How much money will this end up costing her? This is her first offense. Will her license be suspended?

What is the difference between a driving under the influence, driving while intoxicated and operating while intoxicated? Is it the state’s classification of what they want to call it or is it something else?
