Now that we have medical science and biotech, humans have no longer need to evolve because we are theoratically ‘flawless’. We can counter any disease, treat fatal injuries and give people with birth defects/congenital diseases an opportunity to live and have children.

So what do you think will happen? Are we still evolving? Or are humans truly at the end of the evolutionary ladder?

I’ve never been involved in a rear-end collision. As superficial as the damage appears to be to both vehicles, I sustained a whiplash injury. Of course the at-fault driver’s insurance company doesn’t want to acknowledge the injury and are asking for authorization to obtain medical records.
I’ve never had to see a doctor for anything other than my annual visits to the gynecologist so there are no records with my primary physician on record other than this injury. Do I also need to provide them the release for my gynecology visits? I don’t want to jeopardize my claim for the injury by not doing so. But it seems rather silly that they might need to know how my pap smears have checked out and that I’ve birthed two children.
My injury is the basic cervical strain with an inflamed C7 for which I’m taking anti-inflammatory meds. I can’t sit in the same position very long before I get spasms in my middle back and a stretching burning sensation in my neck and middle back. But they don’t seem to think this is possible and are discouraging me seeking treatment saying they wont pay for anything they do not feel is "warranted."
I realize they must have to deal with a lot of people who cry wolf for monetary gain. But I have to deal with these painful sensations every day.
I live in Illinois and I do not have a clue what I should do to protect myself and make sure I’m able to get the care I need.

Just to be clear, I have been to a doctor twice. Once just after the accident in an urgent care facility and once to a specialist in my primary doc’s office with whom I am continuing to see for follow ups. My question is, I guess, whether they also need a release for my gynecologist visits and how to handle the claim if they do not acknowledge the injury. The adjuster said it would be hard for me to prove the injury was caused by the accident because the damage appears superficial. I should add I was at a complete stop when the guy slid into me due to the icy roads. It seems his bumper went underneath mine.
Yeah, I’m not worried about privacy issues rather I just wasnt sure if they needed my girl doctor records. I don’t care if they have them. I just want to handle things correctly.

Is it a head injury, birth complications, or something else, such as a chemical? Certain chemicals can damage the frontal lobe. That’s why I am what I am.

Why do WE go to heaven and not other life on earth? I believe that after billions of years of evolution that humans have 2 types of consciousness. One a physical type where our brains evolved to be inteligent\self aware to survive in our current environment. The other type spiritual where our brains have developed to connect to a sentient energy\spirit located not in the physical Universe. The connection may happen at birth\shortly after if\when the brain is fully developed. Many animals have physical makeups that allow them to use various types of energy to communicate or sense their enviroment. They say 90% of the brain is not used but evidence suggests that nothing in nature is wasted and that 90% must somehow connect\tune in on a specific unconnected soul that is next in line. That would explain why some people with brain injuries don’t seem to have a soul anymore and or just aren’t themselves. They do have a soul but just can not connect or just partially connect. The way the brain connects is not yet understood and the type of energy or life force that it uses to connect (sort of an eteral tether) to a spirt\soul not located in the phsyical Universe is not yet understood but more and more evidence suggests that this tipe of setup exists. Maybe all life is prgrammed to evolve to a point where it can connect to a soul\life force to give the life force the ability to exist and interact in our physical universe?
I believe not all humans can connect as I have met people who seem souless animals and others that seem so incredibly "well connected" it is amazing.
