The pain is on my left side,Lower Back going down my butt and my leg to my knee.It hurts very bad.Thanks for any suggestions.

I was watching a TV/infomercial about an exercise machine that would help with back pain. From what I can recall, it had "core" in the title? Does anyone know anything about it, or could recommend something? THANKS!

this nerve is fricken killing me, and i gotta play hockey tomorrow. i’ve tried ibuprofen, since it’s an anti-inflammatory, but are there any exercises or stretches i can do?

Not sure if I spelt that right, but my very low back almost at top of butt, hurts always and when I sit and barely lean forward oh my it hurts so bad, it feels like its starting to run thru my bottom and in to legs in my inner thigh. What could this be?????? At first thought maybe kidneys but had ultrasound done on both kidneys and they were fine.

I want to know how the pregnancy went. Was there alot of pain daily? Did you have problems walking?

Besides Florida’s laser back surgery center and the not yet opened place in Arizonia, as it’s for my Mother, who refuses to leave town.

Last Thursday my dog was paralyzed from the waist down. took him to the vet and they said that he would need back surgery for K and I said that wasn’t going to happen so there is another treatment we opted for an that was to feed him steriods and muscle relaxers…..so far, he is walking but I was hoping someone might have an answer as to why he was immobilized. One day he is fine and overnight he’s not.

does anyone know of good remedies to hekp with this pinching sensation, ive had it btoh my pregnancies, but it has started rather early with this pregnancy and im not sure how i willl deal, as i get bigger..has anyone had this as well, and what is safe to do or use while pregnant to calm this from acting up??

I know I have sciatica because my leg is burning and numb very very often but lately is also affecting my arm, or I have associated that to my previous symptom?

First of all, I have had no prior accidents or injuries.

Oh my god. I have had this terrible pinched nerve in my lower back for three days. It has gotten steadily worse and now I can hardly move due to pain. It hurts to walk, sit or stand. I have tried taking Motrin, Tylenol Extra Strength Rapid Release, and 800mg of Ibuprofen. The Ibuprofen did not even touch the pain! I have an appointment at 3pm today, but I was wondering if this pain was normal. I get a shooting pain down both my cheeks as well. Anyone know if this could be a normal pinched nerve, or a slipped disc or something?

What are some ways to treat sciatica without going to a doctor?

i am 18 and i have a sciatic nerve acting up. it is down my right leg. i am at work right now and i am supposed to have an appointment at my doctor tomorrow morning. i tried going to a massage therapist this morning but it didn’t help. what can i do to help with the pain until tomorrow?
i have 5 1/2 hours left at work so it has to be something that i can do here
