Do they feel different? What are the treatments for each? Or, is there no treatment?

I stretched backwards in my chair this morning. Now I’m unable to move my neck at all. I have pain radiating into my shoulders and down my arms. I took a Celebrex and took a hot bath, but I am in excruciating pain!!! What do I do?

I pinched my ulner nerve in my left elbow. I work out alot and the doctor said i could only do lower body work outs and core. So i could do crunches and legs work outs but is there anything i can do for my upper body without the use of my arm, i wear a brace that prevents bending.

I have apinched nerve from a car acc. and I can’t lay on my left side .

I slept wrong last night and was wondering if anybody had any tricks to shorten the time before this works itself out.

My lower back is killing me! I know I have one or more pinched nerves in my back. The pain continues down my leg. I don’t have health insurance, and can’t afford any programs through a ciropracter.
Thank you for your input. I went to a ciropracter to get x rays and they wanted me to pay 2,000 to fix my back. Is that expensive or is that just average?

I crack my back—I KNOW BAD HABIT! But a week ago I have been experience pain in one little place on my back just beside my spine—Could it be from cracking? When should I go get it checked out? I am kind of nervous?

I dislocated my shoulder a couple of weeks ago, and my arm’s been in an immobilizer since then. Because my arm has been at my side basically 24-7, my forearm’s numb. My mom, who’s a nurse, thinks I might have pinched a nerve. What can I do about this?

Or the pain of one?

In my left shoulder blade, I have a really intense burning/sharp pain kinda both rolled into one. There was a lot of numbness there, but that has gone away. So far, I have had this since November of 08.

Well i got tingles all over my body and my hands sometimes go numb for a little bit. So i did some research on the net, and i think that there is a pinched nerve somewhere.

Nothing sciencfic though.

I pinched a nerve in my back I believe from sitting in the same position on my bed with my back pressed against my bed bar.

I have pain down the back and also nerve pains in my genital area.
A bit of numbness too.

How can I help it heal?
Would it be okay for me to go to my school courses and all if I have just pinched my back nerve?

all of a sudden theres shooting nerve pain in one breast that shoots to the nipple and is unbearable to touch! anyone know what it is? im only 14 weeks along and worried.

It has been about a week now. I have been taking Advil and that helps for the moment, but the pain comes back. Also have been using a heating pad. This is terrible. I have a hard time sleeping and getting up from laying down.

Would a chiropractor help?

I’ve tried stretching, walking it out an tylenol but nothing works, it also swells around my upper leg, thigh area. I’ve also been to the doctor and all they told me was that it wasn’t a blood clot pff! Any help with do thnks in advance!!

Is it better to see a massage therapist or a chiropractor or both? Is it better to use hot therapy or cold therapy?
