Hello,
I run quite a bit and have recently suffered an injury in my right leg. The pain is never in one spot and it tends to hurt more while walking and any other physical activity. It is worse some days other than others, but I have had this for about 2 weeks now. I love running and want to get back into it, but I am not too familiar with this type of injury. How long does this usually last? Should I still try to run on it?
Hello,
Lately, whenever I buy a DVD (usually a Fox DVD, I’ve noticed), the plastic shrink-wrap packaging appears to have been seared onto the spine of the case, making it almost impossible to peel off all the residue cleanly. Can anyone recommend any techniques or tricks to remove the remaining pieces of plastic? Any help would be most appreciative.
Thanks.

I already have a tattoo on my spine, and I’m getting a phrase written on my ribs soon. Was just wondering what people thought about the pain difference, or difference in feeling?
I didn’t find the one on my spine half as painful as I thought I would.
Thanks x
A recent NBA injury got my stomach all sick and I wanted to know what you thought was the worst or 2nd worst injury that you have ever seen. Is it on youtube for me to watch? I guess I like throwing up.
I am trying to make my own binder, so can someone a little more creative than me translate these instructions into something that I would better understand?
"You tear out the pages to a book, and rebuild the spine. I buy my new binder spines from a company that sells them only by hundreds, so if you don’t want 100 spines you have to rip out the rivets from a binder, with out twisting the spine. Drill holes in the book spine to match the 3-ring spine and install it using new rivets."
Someone answer meeee!
With every match extreme rules who is most likely to get legitimately injuried? In answering this question you should consider what match is the most dangerous and who has the most clumsy opponent. What are the odds that the WWE roster could go through this event injury free?
I mean a spine bending forward than the shoulder as a result of bad walking posture.
In the book Spyology, there is a note in the spine which is written in a certain code which can be decoded using the decoder on the front cover of the book. I can’t be bothered decoding the message and i would really appreciate if someone could tell me what it says? 10 Points up for grabs here!
Like when Cena fractured the disc in his shoulder.
Does the other wrestler just do his finisher so he can get the match over with and get the wrestler medical attention?
And how does the other wrestler know that they’ve suffered a legitimate injury?
What are exact weight-bearing things I can do that specifically target the hips and spine?
If a person is alert, talking and has no visible signs of injury. Does anything need to be done?
I worked at several jobs in my life that required a great deal of heavy lifting. After a while it took its tole on my spine and has compacted the vertebrae in my spine (actually made me almost two inches shorter than I used to be!). Apparently my frame could not support the amount of weight that my arms and legs could lift. Any ideas how to aid this without expensive surgery?
Groin injury that occurred on a weight machine for the inner thighs. The equipment malfunctioned and quickly threw my legs out, pulling the muscles in my thighs, groin, and my lower back. I can hardly walk, it hurts bad. Any suggestions would be appreciated.
