most spinal cord injuries have to be traumatic but some can be caused by minor whiplash. most likely this is only on the exterior right and not at the spinal cord level?

My friend wants to fight for the UFC MMA’s. After training he is always complaining about his back and muscles pain. It is possible for him to continue with his fighting career. He had a car accident months ago and he injured his spinal cord, he has been in therapy for that. But he doesnt think that is normal that his body is very sore after training and matches. He can barely stand up after a hard match.

I have neck pain but the pain is on the right side of my neck only and not the other side. Also I have upper back pain/cervical back pain.
