Do I have a Pinched Nerve on my ankle?
There is a certain spot on my ankle (just offset from the centre of the bone) that when touched sends a tingling sensation to the outside top portion of my foot. For example when I cross my legs I can really feel it. If pressure is put on it long enough it also starts to hurt. What is this? A pinched nerve? How can I treat it?

Hey JTL!
It does sounds like it could be a nerve being triggered. Did you ever sprain you ankle or twist it in the past? If so, maybe there is some scar tissue that is close to a nerve. Or it didn’t quite heal in the right place.
There are some massage techniques that can break up scar tissue, although it can cause some temporary discomfort (I’ve had some of that done).
The good news is that it’s mostly triggered by your posture or pressure as opposed to a more chronic pain or discomfort.
It’s also possible that you have some type of minor dislocation. Does the ankle move normally when you walk? any pain when you put weight or pressure on it?
Some chiros can adjust limbs and other joints. Especially those who use the Activator Method, a small, rubber-footed tool that can pop joints back into place. Quite pain free. I go every 5 weeks or so, and it keeps me pain free.
I hope that helps!
