im just freaked out right now so cant even think logically or rationally. this morning i stretched laying in bed when i woke up but did it very fast and now my neck is pain and the right side of my body.

most spinal cord injuries have to be traumatic but some can be caused by minor whiplash. most likely this is only on the exterior right and not at the spinal cord level?

After training he is always complaining about his back and muscles pain. It is possible for him to continue with his fighting career.
