Have you ever had a pinched nerve?

My left shoulder and arm are killing me, the left side of my neck hurts slighty and my left hand is shaky.
I went to a chiropractor years ago for neck problems on that same side, but it got very expensive and time consuming.
Does this sound like a pinched nerve to anyone that may have experienced it? Are there any other remedies besides adjustments by a chiropractor?

I have had the same symptoms as you for a neck/shoulder injury where I slipped a couple disc and have a disc bulge. The lower hand pain and shakiness also I had loss of control with hardly any grips stregnth. I was told this was from a slipped bone in the shoulder that impinged my tendon. A lot of pain and symptoms in other areas other than shoulder they referred to as compensative pain.
