How much can I expect from my auto accident injury claim?

I was in a accident where a truck pulled out in front of me and i hit him and totaled my jeep. I went through almost 4 months of chiropratic treatments for a bill that totaled 07.00. How much should I expect the insurance company to pay in compensation on this claim. Or do i need a lawyer?

you will need to see a lawyer, they make the claim for you. and it depends really how good your lawyer is as long as you have receipts for the treatment you can be reimbursed. i had an accident over a year ago, got the compo not too long ago, expect a long drawn out procedure, full of doctors and lawyer visits.. i had physiotherapy a few times a week for that year at the cost of the insurance company, and i wound up with over $25000..
but like i said, it varies too much to just give you a basic figure.. look into it though!!
