Car accidents are run on a contingency fee basis. Usually 33% of whatever you recover at the end of your case. In PA, thats how it works. Go to lawyers.com and find one that you find is competent in your area.
You have an option to pay your lawyer, rather than give him a percent of your case, however, you will find that manner very costly being that your case will be charged hourly. On the bright side, if you go with the contingency fee basis, you don’t have to pay your lawyer anything, if you don’t recover any money. So he’ll be taking his chances by working on your case free.
