		<description>tylenol is fine while pregnant. it helps. also i would try taking a diaper soaking it in warm water placing it in the microwave for about 13 to 15 seconds intant heating pad with out the danger. also warm bathes and maybe laying with your feet elevated.  good luck .</description>

		<description>I feel your pain! I just had to make a comment because i felt so alone with how much pain I'm in. I'm also 5 months pregnant and I'm a nursing assistant and on my feet most of the day. I can barley walk by the end of the night.  So I'm so sorry that you have to go through this. my doctor said the same thing, and said it may get worse as the baby grows. good luck with finding away and post i if you can please!</description>

		<description>Get a soup can and put it under your lower back and lay on it.  It relieved so much of the pain I had.  I would put it behind my back when I was sitting also.   Get a wet wash cloth and heat in microwave for a minute and put on it.  It only stays warm for a minute of so and there is no risk like with a heating pad.  
I also had my husband rub the area and that made it worse, so I don't suggest massage.  Remember to lay on your left side when sleeping and if your sitting prop your feet up.  Letting your legs dangle puts more strain on your lower back.</description>

		<description>Yes!  It sucks!  I didn't have it too much with my first pregnancy but with my second I had it al lthe time.  If it is hard to sit then don't sit long!  Definitley take a walk around like every 15-30 minutes.  I think it is called your siotic nerve (spelling probably wrong).  It is a horrible pain.  I just took nice hot baths at night and didn't sit too long.  I hope it helps, but my dr. pretty much said the same thing yours did.  You can also check out this website and see if they have something... it has alot of great information.</description>

THis is a good thing when you have to push a baby through the birth canal, but until then it can wreck havoc on the rest of you. In my second pregnancy, I would wake up with extreme pain in random joints, the shoulders, knees, hands, feet, and the back. I found that moist heat (it isn't that harmful unless you put it on the tummy) and activity worked best. The less you move, the stiffer you will be and the longer the pain will last.

Keep moving. At work, you could try a different chair, or bring in a special back pillow. Or even stand instead of sit. Also, get up and move around more during the day then you used to. Avoid caffene (it can increase pain perception) and drink lots of water and eat healthy.

Btw-the joint pain receded after the birth, but it wasn't instant.</description>
