Spinal disc herniation/slipped disc?
I have a herniated /slipped disc in my lower back in v2,3,4,5 apparently. NSAIDS (aspirin) have little effect and I cant get access to physiotherapy for some time still. I s there any sort of of exercises I can do on my own to deal with the pain and speed up the healing proccess?
ok it was in the lower portion of my back the v #’s were just something a doctor pointed out to me, ignore them. i had an xray not an MRI

Have you had a MRI? You state apparently and are taking aspirin? If you had a MRI then you should know if the discs are protrusions, extrusions or sequestrated. V 2,3,4,5, means nothing to me, you can have C, T, L, or S but not V. Best of Luck
