so ive been to the doctor eh 8 times since June (7 months) and they did X-rays on my legs and blood tests and found nothing (at the time my back didnt hurt). The last few months my back has been hurting along with my legs..It kind of has the pully feeling in it and my legs just ache everyday.. I am 15 and this has gone on for 7 months. I exercise and am active.. I read up on causes of this pain and I really think that’s what it is.. I also read treatments for herniated discs but they said rest was 1st and most goes away with like 3 months and some exercise.. well i’ve exercised and it’s been way longer than three months.. so i was wondering if it does turn out to be a herniated disc do you think i will end up needing surgery since it has gone on this long and the pain is still going on everyday pretty bad..

Me and my fiance were involved in an auto accident where the other driver was completely at fault. This accident happened over 2 1/2 years ago. I was pregnant at the time and my fiance had to have surgery and 6 months of therapy to rebuild his shoulder. We lost all of our income for 7 months. His medical bills and lost wages exceeded 100 thousand $. Now we are trying to settle and the insurance company offered to pay the medical bills, lost wages plus 5,000 dollars "pain and suffering" We are not trying to be greedy here but it seems like nothing compared to what was messed up by the accident. Our lawyer seems so non chalant about it. My fiance asked about the 3x the medical bills for pain and suffering and our lawyer told him it was a myth and not to expect more than what the ins. com. offered the 1st time. Does this seem fair…I’m seriously considering getting a 2nd opinion from a different lawyer…anybody been through the same kind of thing…what was the end result? Thanks!
We are not trying to make a "profit" off of it…but I had to basically be a caregiver to a grown man for 3 months while I was 7 -9 months pregnant…His doctors say he has permanent disability in his right arm/shoulder that could definitly cause probs later in life (we were only 23 when it happened) Not to mention we were financially set until this happened and when my daughter was born we had to borrow money just to buy the nessicitiys needed for her.
Our attorney isn’t offering any advice and the policy limit is 0,000 per person so ,000 did seem silly to me
No…it doesn’t include lost earning potential

Got into a car accident 7 months ago. guy with an ford F-250 (big truck) ran red light and totaled my 4cylinder camry. I had no insurance, stupid i know, but the fact is , it was not my fault!
A- police report said it was a NO FAULT.
B- cop at scene denied me a witness.
C- got a notarized written statement from the witness.
D- State Farm denied my witness as well!
E- months later State Farm sends me a 3.000 check. HALF of my totaled car’s damages
F- now a letter saying i must pay 6,300 in 30 days or i’ll be sued, suspened licesne and ruin credit!
!!! My car is still in my garage and everyone that’s seen it says you can tell that i got t-boned real hard and that it should be obvious that I GOT HIT!!!
Please any advice helps! what kind of lawyer do i need to seek? why would state farm send me money only to ask for money 4 months later? it doesn’t make sense.
my story is not all over the place and not full of holes, it is what it is. you say state farm wouldn’t pay me 3g’s then ask for more than double that back? well they did! i have the letter right here! i don’t get it either, which is WHY i am asking for advice genuises! they are now claiming it was my fault! but police reports say no fault! if you saw my car it’s obvious he was going fast enough to total. p.s. my car is still a mess in my garage! isn’t there a science that can prove this stuff? any other questions, just ask…i need genuine help, not snooty comments! what don’t you get?
thanx so much guys for your input.
yes i do have insurance now. the reason i’m gonna fight this so hard is because it really wasn’t my fault.
imagine this: you’re at a red light, waiting, you scan the radio in the meantime. THE CAR BEHIND YOU HONKS, you look up, the light is GREEN! i go to make my right turn. BAM! i get t-boned! btw, my witness is the lady that was behind me and honked! how in any way is this my fault? good thing is, i just found out that traffic light had a camera on it, so we might have footage. no one was hurt. only the guys grill got messed up, i took a picture! how is an old, rusty grill worth 6,300? yes i’ve learned my lesson, but i don’t feel i should have to pay a penny if i was in no way at fault! thanx again everyone!

I am 31 weeks into my 40 week pregnancy (over 7 months) and work in an office setting where I sit all day. I make sure to get up every 90 minutes or so to stretch and walk around, but I am getting tremendous back pain the longer I sit, at the lower of my back. I think the baby has dropped (turned over so it’s head is at the bottom)…
Is there pain reliever, special chair cushions, or anything else that is safe for me to relieve the pain?
Thanks!
