Back injury! What to do..?

2 days ago, I got up from sitting position a little fast and must have twisted awkwardly and got a sudden twinge in my lower back. It isn’t spinal. It feels like my External Oblique area, at top back of my Ilium.
It is painful to press the area and to walk when been sat still.
Do I rest it or keep some movement? Is it a pulled muscle or what?
Thanks for any advice anatomy experts! :)
It’s just on my left side, above and in from my hip into my back about 4" above bottom.. if that makes ANY sense whatsoever :)

Anatomy HW question. Please help!

What are the nerves of the lumbar spine?

I have an assignment about spondylosis of the lumbar spine, and I have to mention the normal anatomy of the lumbar spine. I’d like help with what nerves are involved in the lumbar spine. Thanks in advance.
Thanks for your answers =)

i think it’s a pinched nerve, that’s what my dad said and he was about 2 months away from getting a PhD in anatomy at Northwestern. it’s when you stretch your arm after it happened and it hurts.
