I am turning 18 and going to take the citizenship test and legally changing my name in the process.
will it affect my financial aid?
do i need to change my name on my high school diploma?
will it lead to complications in a lawsuit? i was in a car accident and now filing a lawsuit against the driver.

or at least provide websites where i can seek free legal advice (i’ve been searching forever to no avail)

I thought my lawsuit had been dissmissed because I could not afford filing fee. I recently received notice from court that I have to appear and answer why it was not served on the Defendant and why all the other documents had not been filed. The forms say I need to file a motion to extend time. I have searched the internet to no avail, but have not been able to find an example or a hit lit of what I need to do.

Had seen a specialist on this but with no avail. Just wonder any one who can advise me whether I can go the swimming pool to dip right in so that the water will flood my ear to ease the ringing sound.
Pls help as it is disturbing my sleep and I cannot be consulting doctor who checked my hearing is ok and it seems that the only I can do is listening to CD to overcome this disturbances.

Hi,

Since 1997, I have been experiencing significant pain in my SI Joint. The pain was originally in the SI Joint, however it eventually affected other areas of my body because of overcompensation. I have seen many different types of doctors and had many different opinion but to no avail. I have also had many types of tests taken but no finding. The pain and spasm in my SI joint can be debilitating at times; sometimes I speculate it is a bulging disk, however the MRI I took over six years only showed a small bulge which is normal for a former athlete, and I was told it was not what was causing my symptoms. M symptoms include SI joint pain, tightness and occassional pain in one or both gluteals, and when this happens, I can have tightness in my quads and calves, but no sciatic type of pain. My question is it possible to have a bulging disc in your SI region but not have the radiating pain associating with a bulging disc/sciatica? Thanks.

I am having a "reverse problem" with insurance. They aren’t trying to screw me, they are paying me too much, and I can’t make them stop.

I have a child with Autism and two insurance policies. I file claims and receive reimbursment checks.

I keep getting double-paid.

I’ve tried several times resolving this with customer service, to no avail.

This would be a good thing except one day, one of them will figure it out, and probably accuse me of insurance fraud.

For now, I’m saving all double-payments in a separate bank account for when they ask for the money back.

I need help to resolve this – I can call customer service until my face turns blue, it isn’t going to fix it. But, every time I search for insurance lawyers, I get injury lawyers. I want fee-for-service, to advise me what I should do, not a contingency lawyer to go after them.
