I have been trying to work on my abs recently and have horrible luck with back and neck pain, i do just crunches but my back cant handle it and i want to start really working on the LOWER abs, which i know are the hardest to get tight, what is the best workouts for that that also prevent back and neck pain?

I was involved in a rear end collision in July last year. I was sitting at a red light in my car when a pick-up truck ran into the back of me. I got whiplash which caused me months of back and neck pain and Im currently undergoing physiotherapy treatment. I’m about to begin legal proceedings for personal injury against the driver of the car who ran into me.

My question is in cases like this in Florida, what would be a typical contingency fee percentage that an attorney would ask for.

I have had chronic back and neck pain for 20 years and had a 3 level fusion two years ago. Now the pain is returning in back and neck, and chiro is recommending manipulation under anesthesia. .Does anyone have experience with this procedure, good or bad.
I had the fusion after 15 years of chronic pain, multiple procedures, meds, different alternative therapy’s, and physical therapy 4 different TIMES. If I thought it would work I would have tried it. but thanks for the input.

i verbally agreed to an injury compensation for my auto accident but they told me to sign paper work to finalize it. i have not signed anything so does that make the agreement void. I started feeling some really bad back and neck pain and they are only offering me a very low amount of money and only two doctor visits. can my attorney do anything for me. the conversation was recorded

My boyfriend and I got into an accident, where he was at fault. Although he was the driver, the car’s mine and I’m insured under it. I’ve already filed an insurance claim and I’m getting an appraisal right now. The car had extreme damage to the front (hood crushed, bumper torn out, headlights busted, grille pushed in, radiator cracked, and antifreeze liquid leeking out). The car is a 2006 Toyota Avalon w/ 24,000 miles on it. Is it possible that it’s totaled?

It’s been days since the accident and we’re both suffering back and neck pain. If we go to a chiropractor, how will the insurance money be paid out? Also, how does the Personal Injury Protection coverage work? Is it the same as pain & suffering? Do you ever come up short with money for the bills? I’m real clueless as to how this ordeal will work out. Help!
Also, we both have Allstate. Is there any way to transfer this to his insurance policy since he was the driver?

I was in an auto accident three months ago. I still have back and neck pain. I was originally sent to physical therapy which didn’t help. My doc. then sent me to a chiropractor who has helped a little, but just can’t seem to fix it. He took X-rays and found I have spondylosis (I guess I already had it but didn’t know. It was just aggravated by the accident) and scoliosis (which I knew I had). Both of these things are complicating my healing from the accident. The chiro doc is really trying hard, but says I’m a challenge. If he can’t fix it, and the physical therapist couldn’t, what can be done? I’m only 40, and was healthy and active before. Will the other insurance company (the person who hit me) cover future medical expenses if I can’t fix it and will need chiro or ortho care in the future? I’m afraid to sign anything until I’m all the way better, but don’t want this to drag on forever either. Any advice is really helpful, because I really don’t know what to do. Thanks!

He has attended few of them but no results !
So was looking for some of the best institutes/hospitals preferably in India (but can be abroad also).

i have a back and neck pain which started a year and half ago.i have seen several doctors for it with out any cure.now i began to do acupuncture at this professional doctor’s.
has anybody done it for back and neck pain? did it work? i would do anything to have a relieve from this pain,i can’t work with out feeling stressed , ’cause i can’t sit for a long time on my desk, i can’t read…. basically i can’t do with out feeling sad.help!

Almost 2 years ago was hit from behind at stop light with other car hitting me at approx 35 mph. On and off back and neck pain treated by my Doc.with phys. therapy etc. Other driver insured by CSAA. When does the actual neck and back pain usually occur? I’m almost a month pregnant and I woke up this morning experiencing the worst back of my neck and back pain! I’m experiencing stiffness and sharp pains everytime I bend my head neck or back forward, even when I’m sitting down. Has any woman experienced this kind of back pain? When does back and neck pain usually start during pregnancy?
