I have been on workers compensation for a while due to a back injury. My doctor has recently put me on permanent restrictions and the type of job I have this will not allow me to go back to work. What happens next? Do I need to get a lawyer or will worker’s compensation handle it. Where do I go from here?

I hurt myself while working out months ago and I only took care of it 2 months later by visiting the chiropractor. Now 3 months later, my back still hurt and my legs are twitching.
I plan on starting physiotherapy next week, but I’m wondering if a back injury can cause legs twitching.
NOT spasms, twitching. Like when your eye twitch when you’re tired. Only last a few seconds but happens a few times a day.
Thanks.

I’ve been a huge fan of Michael Jackson for as long as I can remember, but I’ve just now heard about this back injury in the ’90s. What caused this back injury? Can anyone tell me?

Well, It’s really hard to explain… when i work out and when i stretch my back feels as if its pained… i don’t know it’s not cramps it feels like it’s with the bones. I’ve always been really flexible and stuff until most recently the past 3 years. It’s not a hurt hurt pain it’s just very uncomfortable and if i bend certain ways my back aches sometimes it’s very easy to deal with it’s nothing big. Also i’m 17 and never had a back injury, but i have played soccer for 11 years.

had a back injury 16 years ago. 8 fractures in lower lumbar. not much bother, except for housework or lifting over the years, but suddently a couple of months ago, around PMS time…excruciating pain. Literally feels like something rubbing, shifted??? Anyone with a similar problem?

I have high BP for the first time in my life other than pregnancy. I’ve had a few other odd symptoms all since I was in a car accident last May. Was wondering if the back injury could be the underlying cause of the problems.

I need some information about a back injury where I need surgery. I hurt by back in 2006 on a job, but at the time I did not know, how serious it was. I just thought I was having kidney stones, and I was. But now I know I had a herniated disk too. I have documentation where I seen MD’s for chronic back pain. What I want to know is: Can I go back on this employer for this, under workmen’s comp. or will I have to get a lawyer and file a lawsuit against them. I know that it happened while working with them, because I had no back problems until I worked with their company. I live in Ga, so does anyone know what my rights would be>?

Before bad breakup, ex girlfriend said her back injury was caused by possible wrong position during sex. She now wants to pursue legal action? What are my options?

I made a very dumb mistake by not stretching for my dance show. I don’t know what I was thinking. So now I have had a back injury for 3 months. It’s not SEVERE pain but it still hurts.
