My boss falsafied documents regarding my termination and I have the real documentation, can i file a lawsuit?

I found out I am getting laid off at 10:00 this morning. I am the victim of an ongoing hostile work environment with retaliation. I need to know quickly if I should say anything about what has been going on when I exit today. I have always heard it is best to say nothing and let your attorney figure it out. My immediate boss is getting laid off too, and he has evidence of the hostile work environment and retaliation.

I worked in a warehouse during the summer, I had to lift heavy boxes (20-90 pounds) from a pallet onto a conveyer so as you can imagine I had to reach over my head and bend to lift many of them. My boss was there beside me a lot of the time although he would just cut the boxes open, and hassle me to go faster continuously.

I injured/strained my back doing so, lower, middle, neck and and shoulders. I wouldn’t say it was severe, as I can walk, bend, move, etc, more or less but there was this strong and chronic all around pain and discomfort and a numbness i cant really explain.
I filled out A workers Claim form for the injury. This was 2 months ago, now im getting physiotherapy. I quit the job as they were going to fire me and because im a student.

But i know that i injured myself because and while i was pressured by the manager, and when hired i wAs told id have to lift 35 pounds tops. I want to know whats my case if i want to sue?
because the back, neck,shoulder pain is still there and its mAking me depressed, and even more so because of the way i injured it.
I dont know if this changes anything but ill mention that some of those boxes weighed almost as much as i do and also have anxiety and depressive problems which are now aggravated due to this, and Due to which i was taken advantage.

My friend knows she has a pinched nerve and herniated discs in her neck, and has the exact same headache symptoms I do. She is unaware of at-home help. I happen to know my chiropractor-boss once adjusted my neck and the pain was instantly gone.
So, does anyone know of a way to resolve this? At the very least, even if I’m wrong about my diagnosis, you will be helping her!

I was injured at work while lifting a jet Ski out to a dealership because their forklift was broke. My work expected me to lift crazy amounts of wieght every day. After I got hurt, I let my boss know what happend. He begged me to keep working. After two days on the job, that night I coud’nt even get out of bed. After going through Workmans Comp and Back surgery I contacted a lawyer to handle my case. I am also seeking emotional and stress related injurys as well. The lawyer and I felt that I was worked over by my company. It has now been 8 months involved from injury to present.I have’nt heard from my lawyer in three months. I would just like to know the norm for such a mess and what I should expect in the future? I have healed good but still have pain. How much money will likley come my way? I am a student now and trying to become a nurse.

is it best to get the back fixed by a specialist. I mean, will the blood flow be cut off to the leg at some point, and is the pain in the leg a blood clot or what?

the herniated disc thing seems to be a popular problem.
I have a cousin who just went thru a tortuous back operation and aftermath of 18 months.
I have a female cousin who has had 3 back operations and warns me of numbness in the leg and that she’s lost her driving privileges because of it.
I met a maintenance man here at the apartments who successfully had a back operation to relieve pressure on the nerve and his was successful and no pain afterward.
I knew of a boss years ago who was playing tennis and ended up having to have a back operation, he seemed ok afterward, never mentioned pain.
I also knew of a neighbor who continued to insist that I get the back operation because she said hers was successful and without pain afterwards.
I used to have a chiropractor but he said he will no longer see me because it’s an injury and nothing further he can do. When i was his patient he told me to exercise if I could, but "no" massage.
I heard the CT scan was better than the MRI with regard to back problems. Am I wrong?

In Sept. 08 I injured my back at work. I work for an airline and the way we load bags and shove and pull them in and out of tiny spaces on our very small planes put a disc on the nerve and i was very hurt from it. I went to the ER and they put me on light duty. However Light duty was impossible because of the fact we work one person per flight. No one to help me. I told that to my boss and she said just have the pilots help you load and un load the plane. Well that is all fine if they help but some simply would not. I ended up injury myself further. Same injury just got worse. So I went back to the doctor and he said I could not handle a bag period not at the counter the plane nothing so there for there was no work for me and I was taken out of work due to the weight restrictions. Then it took a long time 4 months to be exact during christmas to even recieve a check the medical appointments were slowly being approved and the MRI took forever which my doctor would not release me anyways until those results. 4 months later I was released to work and the day after I got to go back to work i finally recived a card allowing me to fill perscriptions and show at appointments very very slow. So I was released in January and now May I got re injured. Now I am going thru it all again. I have a feeling this is never going to go away now. I have NEVER had back problems. Now I am limited with my everyday activities and my work has such a bad attitude calling me and telling me how nice they were to accept my workmans comp and they did not have to etc. Which is bull. So this time I thought im not waiting I paid out of my own pocket for a doctors appt so I was not waiting around getting worse so I could start physical therapy etc. I can not afford to pay all that though I just payed for my initial dr. visit. Im in fear I am either going to lose my job or be on a waiting game again. I need to work or I need something I am a single mom with 3 small children and having a zero income is not going to be good. any ideas how to speed this up? a lawyer perhaps but i am not sure what their role would even be.

I got a DWI a few days ago in new jersey. I have to be in court for tomorrow. My boss is helping me get his lawyer to take my case. I was told that tomorrow is basically the arraignment and the actual case will be at a later date. I was told not to plead guilty to anything and tell the judge "My lawyer would like to enter the plea on my behalf." Does this sound like the correct thing to say?
