but how can I get out of paying my car payment for instance without having a bad mark on my credit? I may eventually have unemployment come in but that money will go towards more important things like gas, food and other bills.
This eye injury is not work related. It’s due to a contact lens solution that should have been pulled from the shelves before being sold to me.
Oh yeah…I have tried to call my auto finance company and I have had different responses. Some have said that I can skip one payment and then have it added to the next few payments afterwards and another person said wait until the loan’s six month’s old and call back then. This is a new load that begun in this february.
This eye injury also has me restricted to light duty work. As a result, I cannot return to work even under light duty. I would love to go back to work even as sensitive to light as my eye is.
I suppose if you’re wondering how my eye injury does keep me working, I am a train conductor and my duties consist of watching the movement of my train, day or night. The day part was a big problem the first couple weeks after my transplant surgery.

I hurt my back at work downstalking stuff I told a manager I hurt my back pretty bad but he blew me off when I told him,the next day I called in and talk to a different manager about what happened she ask me why wasn’t there a report but fortunetly I had a witness that saw me report to the dBAG manager the first time anyways moving on so I’ve been on workers comp for the last 7 months and during that time I’ve had them harrassing me threating my job and while there getting mad at me….. Who they should really be mad at are the doctors or insurance company they are constintly dragging there feet……. like I said they I’ve been out for 7months but it was only up until a couple weeks ago that they just did my MRI and all the while my work has been thinking that I’m playing them the MRI says different it says I have a torn legiment in my lower back and the orthopedic doctor said to me verbatim that this is a "permenent life injury" and it’s something they can treat but it’ll always be like a patch on a tire just a temporary fix but it’ll still be permenent and she said that surgery isn’t possible now whether that’s truth or not this is still there doctor telling me this (the workers comp doctor) she told me a ideal job for me now is a desk job or a manager position

I’ve had an achy and stiff low back for the past couple weeks with a pinching type feeling if a move a certain way. I don’t believe it is muscle since i have seen a chiropractor and it hasn’t helped..Now the past 2 days I have had terrible pain in my tailbone without any injury….I have injured my tailbone twice in the past but not in the last 6 months….Can someone tell me what is wrong?

About 2 yrs ago my wife got injured at work and was fired shortly after. We got a lawyer who said we had a good case. She has been to many docters and none know what is wrong with her(its a back injury). The lawyer told us that it would be wise to settle out of court and that he would not settle until he got 3 yrs worth of pay and then the cost of all medical bills we have gotten from this. We are a couple weeks away from it being over and the lawyer tells us he got us about a yrs worth of pay and they will pay for a couple bills on top of that. Then we have to pay court costs, lawyer fees and all other medical bills out of that yrs worth of pay. We feel we are getting screwed over on this deal and are unsure of what to do at this point if anybody can be any help please let me hear. The worst part is Im in Iraq right now and my wife doesnt want to ask the guy questions that need to be asked. So let me hear your thoughts I appreciate it.
This is all happening in michigan. And it is a workers comp. case. She was fired while on workers comp. She went to a docters appt. and they drug tested her five months after she was injured. Her work did not and still does not require a drug test to get hired and she failed the drug test and was fired because of that. They then stopped paying workmens comp. obviously.

My dachshund Dexter has a slipped disc. He was on bed rest for a couple weeks and the past week or so I’ve been doing exercises with him in the bathtub. Anyway he is starting to walk. Before he would just drag his legs, now he puts his back legs up as normal but after a few steps they wobble like he is unsteady and usually he plops down, then gets back up. Is this normal? I’ve had to carry him to the grass a ways from my apartment because he’s still dragging a bit and on the concrete it hurts his skin.
Will he always be a bit wobbly like this? I hope it will get better..it will be probably not be completely gone but enough that he’s able to walk more easily..are there any other exercises I should do with him besides the bathtub to get his back legs strong again (ive noticed he has put on a bit of muscle). Should I encourage him to move as much as possible inside (on the carpet)? Thank you
yes Ive seen the vet twice (once right after he slipped the disc and the last time about 2 weeks ago)
