Well, It’s really hard to explain… when i work out and when i stretch my back feels as if its pained… i don’t know it’s not cramps it feels like it’s with the bones. I’ve always been really flexible and stuff until most recently the past 3 years. It’s not a hurt hurt pain it’s just very uncomfortable and if i bend certain ways my back aches sometimes it’s very easy to deal with it’s nothing big. Also i’m 17 and never had a back injury, but i have played soccer for 11 years.

For the past week or so i have had lower back pain.
I have been crazy tired and sleeping weird hrs.
I have had cramps but no period.
My main concern is the lower back pain, this is not normal for me.
I have never had back pain before and nothing has changed in my
daily routine. Any Ideas or tips?

What does cramps and lower back pain mean?

For the past two weeks or so I have been having really bad cramps and lower back pain on my right side sometimes the pains goes down to my thigh. At first I thought I could be pregnant but the home pregnancy test keeps coming out negative. Could these still be a sign of pregnancy?

How long can back pain before periods last?

I had to take Plan B twice in the past 30 days and I was supposed to get my period this weekend around Sunday or Monday. On Sunday, I started to get cramps and lower back pain which I normally get right before my period. I expected to get my period on Monday, but it didn’t come. My cramps/back pain continued and are continuing today (Tuesday). I feel like I should get my period any second but it’s not coming! How long does this pre-menstrual back pain last before you get your period?

3 years ago I had a spinal cord injury which left me without the use of my right foot….after a lot of exercise & perseverance it’s slowly beginning to get better & I’ve regained partial use of the foot even though doctors said the injury was permanent….since the accident the muscle running down the back of my upper leg [hamstring] often goes into cramp…..when I attempt to do like butt exercises for example by laying on my back & with knees bent….lift up the lower part of my body my hamstring totally cramps up….it also happens at times while I’m sat at my computer but when I straighten my leg it goes away…..any suggestions please as I really want to get on with more exercises but this damned thing is holding me back slightly…….do you think it needs more stretching? it doesn’t happen in my other leg, just the one that was injured……Thanks guys for your help……
I walk quite a lot & cycle too & don’t have any problems then….it tends to happen when I bend my leg to either perform an exercise or as I said sit at my computer….although doing squats or lunges don’t cause it to crap up…

I know this may not be the place to post this but thought you guys might know more about this kind of thing.

I walk quite a bit & do some running & cycling but I don’t have any problems with the cramping then…it’s only when I bend my leg to like sit atmy computer or to attempt certain exercises…..also the hospital have signed me off as they said there was nothing more they could do……they were hopeless anyhow…sorry, not knocking the hospitals but in my case they couldn’t help!
sorry to waffle guys thought I’d just mention that the hamstring in my injured leg does feel shorter than in the other non-injured leg…..

auto accident injury?

I was recently in a car accident where a Nissan truck ran into the back of another car that then ran into the back of me causing 00 worth of damage to the rear of my infiniti. I received moderate whiplash to my neck and had to be taken to the hospital. I checked out without any broken bones and was prescribed medication.

I went to see a chiropractor and he has been working on my neck for a couple days which makes it feel a better. Im 100% not at fault and the insurance company has taken care of my car repair, rental, and medical bills. They ask me " How much do I think I want for this accident" for pain and suffering.

I believe I am entitled to at least 00-5000 for my suffering

I live in NC. I believe 00 is a reasonable consider the circumstances. I could have lost my life, broke my neck and been paralyzed for life. Thank the lord that I received only a whiplash. The stress that I am undergoing, the constant pain in my neck is a reminder of the accident, which I feel fearful of driving. The time I spent recovering could have been spent enjoying my life. Besides getting behind in my school work, I am absent from my student organization at school which I am a key figure ( president AGC). I don’t enjoy waking up with cramps and headaches nor do I like to take prescription pills, and therapy. I don’t want to be compensation a insufficient amount that wont even cover pain and suffering I went though. It seems like you people are on the side of the insurance company and not the victims in this situation. I wonder if any of you have ever been in an automobile accident and if you have must share some sort of empathy of what I am reiterating.

see ive had a pain in my neck for like a year now assuming its a pinched nerve, and i wake up sometimes with my right hand and middle finger numb. Also sometimes when im tired after work or during work i get cramps in my left leg.

Leg is still numb and cramps all night and contortes out of shape. can’t sleep and don’t know what to do. use to take quinne to help, but not available by presciption anymore.

I had ask a similar question before but I think wasn’t clear enough. In the last 5 days I started to get stomach pain & cramps and sharp back pain when I swallow food. Taking a sip of water helps with the feeling like the food is getting stuck. The pain only occurs when the food is being swallow, and not after I eat. I think its getting better with time but I’m not if it go away. I think I will see a doctor soon, but someone online told me most likely all the doctor will do is schedule me for testing a another week. I really want to know what are symptoms of since none of my symtoms don’t match any illness 100%.

How can i get rid of my lower back pain?

I’m 14 years old and I’ve had pretty bad back pain for a wile. It’s mostly on my left side of my spinal cord but my muscle on the upper right side of my spinal cord i get really bad cramps. What could be causing this and how can i fix it?

My period arrived 6 days late and when it did, I had a normal flow for the first day only and then brown spotting for a week after. I have now suffered from menstrual-like cramps for 3 weeks and woke up today with bad back pain that hurts on my right side, roughly waist height. I have had urine and blood tests which came back negative. In the case of an ectopic pregnancy, would my back pain be lower? Thank you for any help you can offer!

My friend has a pinched nerve, or so that’s the doctor’s theory. He has pain in his left butt cheek and it cramps up often, usually being worse in the morning. Pain medicine doesn’t seem to make a difference. He’s usually a pain when it comes to going to the doctor and is putting off his MRI that he needs. Any suggestions for at home remedies or something to help with the pain? Thanks! :)
