My wife is in the most hardcore constant pain I’ve ever seen in my life. She has a pinched nerve in her neck. She is on some strong drugs that do little to nothing. I know about surgery and therapy, but I really want to know about the time to "naturally" heal if anyone has experienced this. I’m searching everywhere to get as much information as possible. Any info will help. Thank you.

On the front page criminal complaint it says that i am being charged for aggravated dwi -> "drive a vehicle or motor vehicle while under the influence of intoxicating liquor or drugs; and did refuse to submit a chemical breath test as required by the state law implied consent act; contrary to nmsa 1978, S 66-12-102. (a misdemeanor)".. Aggravated dwi because refusal to submit a breathalyzer. i have the paper that shows i did submit a breathalyzer test. In the paperwork that the officer filled out it said i agreed. even the mvd paper says i submitted. Unfortunately i blew enough for an aggravated. The complaint doesn’t mention the BAC.. because the paperwork complaint says that i refused mean i am being charged aggravated dwi based on a refusal? and because one page says one thing and another says the other have any effect on the charge? Does the inconsistency between the complaint and the officers story and the mvd sheet help me in any way? Is it possible to get the charge dropped? And because i blew enough for an aggravated can i be charged for aggravated dwi again? Is it all the same? Am i hoping for a miracle? any advice at all can help. i have yet to meet my lawyer but i will in a couple days. in a couple days. im trying to get all the info i can.

So last night my cousins dog got hurt playing outside and couldn’t move his back legs at all. They took him to an emergency animal hospital and they took x-rays (they thought that he popped his joint out, or broke his leg) and found nothing. They sent him home with some drugs and said that it was probably a torn ligament. Well today my cousin took him back there because he wasn’t doing any better and the found a spinal injury and had to put him down. How did they miss that the first time around? Shouldn’t they have been able to see it in the x-ray?

I know in come cases it can be different because the cause for the intoxication or influence may be different(drugs as opposed to alcohol, for example), but if it’s due to drugs, isn’t possession another charge altogether, and isn’t what the person did basically the same? Driving in an impaired state?

Over the last ten years over 80% of all drugs seems to be headed for a lawsuit, I was just curious what the real number was? Do you think if I come up with a drug called Cyadienide that it would sell if I mentioned it may cause vomiting, heart flutter, and may lead to eventual death? But don’t worry it will cure anything!

My daughter was a passenger in a car that went off the road and hit a tree. The driver and front seat passenger did not survive the crash, 1 back seat passenger is in critical condition and my daughter and the other passenger will heal. They received many broken bones and it will be months before they are able to walk.
I have been at the hospital with my daughter for 8 days and we will probably be here another 10 – 14 days.
We are in Michigan and are a no-fault state so our insurance will take care of my daughter. Our agent called and left a message that they would need to start an underinsured motorist claim for us.
What I am wondering is if myself and my husband will be able to file a claim against the liability portion of our insurance. I know that my daughter will receive compensation for her injuries. I am wondering if I need to initiate a claim for my husband and myself as well. I know there are time limits on that stuff but do not know much about it.
There were no drugs or alchohol involved. The kids had left school and were going too fast on a dirt road and the driver lost control.
Because we are in Michigan and are a no fault state our insurance will pick up the medical bills. We have underinsured motorist coverage that will be in effect because his insurance coverages were the minimum. So our insurance will pay the liability. I truly do not even want do deal with all this right now. I just wanted to know if it was an option and if I needed to do something by a certain date to keep the option available when I am ready to deal with it all.

"This service cannot be paid when provided in this location/facility". This is written on the Medicare summary.
Why would a government agency refuse to pay for a treatment in an ER? Is it possible that it is illegal to do certain procedures or to give certain drugs/medications in an ER?
Medicare covered part of the claim but not the part for the drug.

I was wondering what all they could possibly tell? I know it would say if you did drugs or not but I have other questions about it.
The catergory I know from working in hospitals, but what about the exact drugs?
What about the amount?
What about how long it was in your system?
URINE TEST–not blood. The town this happened at is too cheap/poor to give blood tests. You have to pay for those upfront at arrest time to the hospital on your own dime.

I was involved in a motor vehicle accident about 2 years ago and have a spinal cord injury that made me a paraplegic for now. I have been through rehab and in the hospital they gave me bachlophen because it helps with spasms in which I can’t control in my legs, and my legs are pretty strong so they are pretty annoying spasms. But I was taking Bacholophen I was taking was 60 mg and doing hardly anything except put me to sleep, so I stop taking it. I just got another back surgery and the nurse suggested Valium for spasms, and it works great, the only thing is, is that is valium so I’m not always in my right state of mind and I don’t want to escape reality just to not have leg spasms, does anyone know of any drugs or exercises to help control spasms that don’t have a lot of side effects. I’ve gone from one extreme to another, but now Valium I heard is not such a good thing to be on all the time. Can anyone help?
Right now I’m taking 5 mg in the morning and 2.5 at noon and 2.5 mg at night, so 10mg total per day. Is that alot?

My mother and father are going through a very nasty divorce. Since I believe my father’s affair is wrong he and his girlfriend have hacked into my bank account, stolen credit cards, and have continually been harassing me and my family. I have checked into this and in Alabama there is really nothing they can do to either my dad or his girlfriend except for maybe a slap on the wrist which is time consuming, expensive and non-effefctive.
My sister and I get migraine headaches. I get them bad enough to throw up several times, and when that would happen he would inject me with either Vistoril or Phenergan, both narctotic anti-nausia drugs he had stolen from the hospital. I NEVER asked to be given either of these, and he admitted injecting both me and my younger sister in court. Unfortunately we did not have enough money to afford a stenographer. What’s the best thing I can do to prove my case?

can’t take / get any more meds. the dr. is worried that i’m seeking drugs and i’m already a zombie from the pain and drug combination.
chiropractic treatment helps for about 36 hrs and massage therapy releives the pain for about 12 hrs.
hot /cold packs work for about 2 hrs.
had an mri done, but won’t hear the results for a couple more days.

I’ve been with a terrible and incisive low back pain in the area of the sciatic nerve. It runs all the way down to the left hamstring and to my calf producing at some moments during the day numbness. My walking is so slow due to the continued and severe pain in my butt (just left side). Is there something could help me to deal with the pain beside over the counter drugs? Exercises?
