A friend and I went on an amusement ride. At some point during the ride I seen her cover her ears. We thought that her ears just "Popped" (like on an airplane). After several hours, she chose to seek medical attention and went to the hospital. That’s when she was told that her eardrum had ruptured.
Is there anything that can be done to help her? She is petrified of having surgery done. I don’t blame her. Any suggestions would be appreciated.

It is sooo sooo annoying. I just can’t take it anymore. My dad is a lawyer but he isn’t an ambulance chaser. I hear them at LEAST 5 times a day…I respect lawyers but I don’t like the kind that sue everybody and anyone they see…It feels like my ears are going to piss out all of my brain fluids…Well maybe I should keep quiet about this since I might get sued for sayin this myself, but ya know….still though, I want to hear you guys’s opinion on this…

I know that many parrot owners allow their parots to perch on their shoulders and wind up with bites to the ears, nose mouth and sometimes even eye’s. What is the worst injury you have ever recieved and how did it come about?

It’s been 3 months that I have a slight pain on both sides of the head 3 inches above my ears, and top part of the head is very sensitive. The pain is manageable, seems like a nerve pain, and not inside my head. Been going to neurologist, ENT, chiro and internist, and they are baffled. There isn’t a day that I don’t feel any pain. I’ve been searching the website for clues about this symptoms, but no luck. Please help! I’m 32yo male and active in sports.
