For the last two years I’ve been suffering from lower back pain with muscle spasms. I’ve gone to the doctors so many times and all they can do is give me muscle relaxers and after awhile of taking them they don’t work no more. I’ve done massages and exercises and the pain gets worse. I have no clue what to do any more. Can some one help, please?

I injured my lower back about 3 weeks ago. It still has yet to heal after physical therapy. Some of the exercises brought the original pain back. I have noticed lately if im squatting down to pick something up and as I stand I get dizzy/light headed. Any ideas what this could be?

I am only 21 but have been suffering from lower back pain recently. Does anyone know what could be causing this or any exercises that could improve the pain. I am thinking it could be bad posture, but again this just started happening this past month. Help!

I’ve been experiencing a lot of lower back pain while playing hockey. If anyone knows any exercises or stretches to help relieve it I’d appreciate it thanks!

I’ve had pain off and on in the area of my middle upper back between my shoulder blades for a while now…what are the best exercises to do to help strengthen that area of the back to make it less susceptible to repeat injury? Part of the problem I think is the fact that I’ve been told I have some scoliosis in my spine which must make me favour a certain side during cardio/lifting, causing the pain.

The symptoms match with what I feel: burning and pain. I mean, it’s not that bad as before. I can do low impact exercises without pain. I just can’t do high impact exercises. The pain ranges from below the knee to the ankle. Anyone know of treatments? Stretches? Etc. Thanks for your help.

Are there any particularly good exercises for relieving sciatica? I think there may be a muscle imbalance involved in my case. A video would be helpful, if possible.

I am a 32 DD and sometimes my neck/back hurts…I think partly because of my disproportionate figure and large chest. Are there any exercises I can do that will help me strengthen my back/neck and alleviate the pain?

I just got a job as a cashier and i’m standing pretty much the whole time during a 7 hour shift, minus the 30 minute lunch break. My MIDDLE back starts to hurt after like the 5th hour. I’m 19 so I doubt I have any back issues, but I was wondering if anyone has any tips that would help reduce back pain? Like exercises or anything really.

I’ve been lifting weights about 5 times a week for about the past 4-5 months, and over the past few weeks, I’ve been getting pain in my mid-back, and sometimes more lower back. At first I thought it was from lifting exercises from my back/bicep days, but now I think it could be from my chest work-outs (bench, cable crosses). Does anyone know what could cause pain in this region of my back, and what stretches/exercises I can do to offset it? Thanks.

4 months ago, I had a proximal humerus fracture on my left arm. I wore a sling for 2 months before being able to take it off. Now there is barely any muscle on it, when compared to my right arm because of the 2 months of inactivity.
What are some exercises that will help me regain muscles that I lost due to the humer fracture?
