my girlfriend was in an accident, the other driver was cited as driving at unsafe speeds in 25mph zone based on 65 feet of skid marks and a witness statement to police. my girlfriend was pulling out of a alley (right hand turn) and he came up over the hill down towards her. Once he saw her, he slammed on his breaks, skidded into her. cops estimated he was doing 80. My son and girlfriend both injured. He is fighting the citation and his insurance denying fault. I took pics of car, son injuries and accident scene. any advice

Yesterday at a court appearance for child support my husbands girlfriend (angry about the amount of child support) smarted oFf to me and said "I would never see any of his accident money either" This originally confused me I found out today he was in a auto injury in January of this yr I filed for divorce in February none of this was even mentioned before. I knew he kept buying new vehicles but he would put them in her name, I had no idea of an accident. My question is since we are legally married, but separated due to Domestic violence (this was a no contact order the judge made, for an assault on me) am I still entitled to any of his claim? I did read that any money for lost wages and future wages was subject to child support is this true?

My brother’s girlfriend just turned nineteen and had to be taken to the hospital for a ruptured cyst. When taken to the doctor the day after, they said they had to perform more tests which would cost 900 dollars. They wanted the money up front. My mother and father are going through a very nasty divorce. My girlfriend has RSD. After many surgerys doctors decided to go with a spinal cord stimulator for her arms and legs. Her legs seem to be in much better pain-free atmosphere, her arms are extremely in chronic pain. She is on oxymorphone and oxycontin to control the pain but we are hoping for an alternative method. I have read about a dynatron sts machine for nerve pain. Would this be a solution considering she already has a spinal cord stimulator?
