I worked for Wal-Mart. I was assaulted and battered by the store manager. She is on probation for it. The same day, I was unloading a truck in which the freight was not secured and I received a head injury that resulted in a stroke. The manager was informed prior to the accident about the condition of the truck. She took no action to secure my safety. She did not offer me any medical attention and I had to drive myself to the hospital. Wal-Mart subsequently fired me for missing time due to being ill from my work related injury. I have a voice recording of the interim manager stating that he is terminating my employment for missing time due to my illness. I have since then been denied the ability to purchase toilet paper at the same store. An associate directed me to leave the store immediately because she will not serve me.
I believe that I have been wronged by Wal-Mart and need to know what my rights are. I live in Massachusetts. Is there a lawyer out there that can help me?

Is it a head injury, birth complications, or something else, such as a chemical? Certain chemicals can damage the frontal lobe. That’s why I am what I am.

When I was young, I head a head injury on my head, and this resulted in me having a permanent baldspot. I was ever wondering if there was a way to have the hair regrow in that spot or if it will just stay that way forever.

ok… I have an appointment with the doc next thursday, but untill then….. I had a head injury four long months ago. It required four staples and it was the worst pain I’ve ever felt (and I have given birth before!!)….. Lately I was feeling better except for occasional headaches when it would rain or was too sunny (my doctor said that was normal)untill…. two days ago I went to Busch gardens the second rollercoaster I stumble off the ride noticing that my headache wasn’t quite normal… then on the third I was ready to get off as it began…. the pain just got worst and worst after the ride I asked around and I was the only one with a headache at all… that was the last rollercoaster that I went on and I’m still in pain today. All the same pain and the same area from my head injury four months ago… Is this normal? Will my heads sensitivity go away someday? Is it too soon for rollercoasters or is this something that might last the rest of my life?

A friend of mine sustained a very severe head injury about two years ago and has never been the same since. Last night he got into a brawl and was knocked unconcious by the fighter. I heard that the blows from the fight weren’t that serious. He got up and walked away from the fight, however, later he began puking up blood and others called an ambulance. He was flown out by helicopter to a critical care unit in Westchester County. He is currently under a medicated coma and is on life support. Whats the chance of surviving TWO head tramas?
