What do doctors recommend for a pinched nerve?

I’m assuming I have a pinched nerve but I’m not certain. I’d like to keep away from a Doctor if possible. The pain is almost a tightening feeling. I also have a headache. It is only on the right side though. The location where the "pinched nerve" might be, starts at my neck and ends at my waist, also only on the right side. It only hurts when I breath in and out, try pick up something heavy, or if I lay down. Any suggestions would help thank you.

Should I contact a personal injury lawyer?

A few days ago, I went to the ER with the worst headache of my life. The doctor gave me 10 mg of Haldol im. I went home and at first didn’t even notice the shaking that I was doing. The next day I was severely restless, shaking, blurry vision, and I had severe muscle stiffness on my left torso. I went to a MEC center and the doctor was stunned that they gave me Haldol for a headache. The next day, my regular doctor told me that Haldol is used to treat Schizophrenia and he told me that I could have been seriously injured by the drug.
I feel so mad by this. What was that doctor thinking?!? Do you think that I have a claim here? Let me know.

Another car hit the side of my car and took off everything including the rear wheel. I suffered injuries which I didnt know about at the time i guess due to adrenaline. I have bruises and a severe headache. The car is completely totalled.

I asked the driver if he was alright and he said yes. His car only suffered minor damage to the left front. I didnt call the police since we both had insurance. Maybe I should have since he started blaming me when hes the one who hit me.

I took tons of photos and it’s clear that he hit my car. I am pretty certain he will tell his insurance that it was my fault and they will most likely deny my claim.

So should I get a lawyer involved instead of taking my chances on my own?

My father is an 18-wheeler driver, he was hit from the back from another 18-wheeler and now having some headache pains and neck pains. He has seeing a doctor as well. Do you know any lawyer that is specifically "good" on 18-wheeler accidents? The accident happened in Arizona, my father resides in Texas. A lawyer that comes to mind in Brian Loncar, just because i’ve seen his advertisement commercials a lot. If you have any suggestions or recommendations, it will be greatly appreciated! Thank you.

How do you know if you have a facial fracture?

I got punshed in the face the other night, and my eye and cheek is really bruised and it hurts alot. Its giving me a headache. How do I know if I have a facil fracture?

I had one, but wasn’t told how much was taken out. I’m having head trembles and jerks. I’m worried that there’s not going to be any fluid protecting my brain when this happens. This is worrying me sick that I am damaging my brain. I don’t have a headache, so is that a good sign? I don’t know… Wish somone could answer.

I was not doing it purposely. Just getting in and out of bed, does it. There’s usually no pain, but sometimes I’ll get pain where the injection site was. It’s been 72 hours since having it done, and there’s no headache. So, am I good?

So this lady hit me as i was turning. It wasnt a huge accident at all. she rear ended me and took off some paint and left a dent on the bumper. It is still in place. At the time i did not feel that i was injured. I felt good and went on with my day at work afterwards. After a couple of hours i felt a headache that steadily kept increasing in pain. When i got home from work my headache was pretty painful. I took Tylenol and took a shower. woke up today with my back sore and stiff. I thought itd be from work but ive been doing what i do for well over a year and a half now so i doubt it was work. And i’ve never felt pain like this. Its nothing to impede my ability to walk or work, but it is discomforting and makes it hard to sleep. Now i have contacted the other person’s insurance company and my Insurance company. They are in the proccess of investigating. Every that i talk to about this says that i should seek a lawyer in assistance to recieve compensation for the accident. My question is, Do i automatically receive a compensation for this accident. also, Do i need a lawyer to recieve any compensation? This isnt one of those "Oooh OMG Lawsuit!! Yay!!" things, its just that everyone tells me that I am entitled to some sort of settlement. Please, somebody explain. Thank You! OOh btw, I went to the doctor earlier today due to the pain, i was prescribed muscle relaxers and pain medication for spasms.
let me clarify the question.
Do i need a lawyer in order to recieve compensation? Can i still be compensated witout a lawyer?

I have many symtoms of aseptic meningitis and I know this is a common thing done to test for it. I am so scared of needles. Should I go to the hospital? I went for something else a few weeks ago and dont want to seem like a hypocondriac. I am having moderate neck pain and limited mobility in it along with abdominal pain and a severe headache.

My son is a quadrapeligic as a result of a recent swimming accident. His body has difficulty regulating it’s temperature resulting in chills, shakes, headache, and increased temperature. How do we help him manage his body temperature? Specifically when he gets chilled. It usually takes 24-36 hours for him to work through the symptoms listed above all the while feeling crummy.

I am wondering, if someone has a shot of Southern Comfort when they have a headache, when their body aches like an injury pinched nerve acts up, when they have a sore throat etc. is that too much? To me, my comfort level, there are medicines that can help and why not try these first, then slap a shot of hard liquor back. Am I wrong to feel this way? Or is it all in what your comfort level is?
