But cant lift weights, run, or ride a bike. Walking for just short of a quarter-mile is the limit. Love all kinds of veggies and dont drink soda. I eat fast food maybe twice a month. I dont snack in between meals but once in awhile and then its usually grapes or cheese. No fried foods. Its almost summer, and the more I try to lose, the more I seem to gain. Now understand, I’m 5’10 and I weigh 160, so its not THAT bad, but when you’re used to being 135, its tough. Any appropriate suggestions are welcome. Thanx!
