I already go ttested and it is in my left arm, the doc says no weightlifting that involves me bending my elbow, but that is every workout. I am wondering if there is any special natural treatment I can do to make it better.

4 months ago, I had a proximal humerus fracture on my left arm. I wore a sling for 2 months before being able to take it off. Now there is barely any muscle on it, when compared to my right arm because of the 2 months of inactivity.
What are some exercises that will help me regain muscles that I lost due to the humer fracture?

It feels like my shoulder is on fire, and it shoots down almost the entire lenth of my left arm. It hurts when I sit and when I am laying down trying to sleep. Are there any remedies besides going to the hospital?

I just had surgery for cubital tunnel syndrome in my left arm. It took a doctor and referral a surgeon a month or so when the surgeon told me it was work related. Ironically when I reported it the next day, I got "laid off" due to attendance issues from going to the doctor with notes. What is the average settlement for this type of injury with a lawyer?

Just got MRI results back. Family Doc says I have a bulging disk between C5-C6. Went to pain management yesterday and that Doc said it is pressing on the nerves affecting my left arm. I refused steroids shots b/c I am not in severe pain or debilitated. I am being sent to physical therapy which is fine with me as I need to learn how to do things so it does not get worse. Anyhow, what is the difference between buldging disks and herniated disks? I thought they were the same but I think I am mistaken. Also, any advice?

I think I have a pinched nerve in my left underarm. It is hard to raise my left arm and when I do it feels like it’s pulling. I can’t raise my arm all the way. The pain has spread from my underarm on down to the inside of my elbow and is swollen. How long will this pain last?

Lumbar – L4–5: Small central protrusion and diffuse disk bulge. The disk bulge touches the anterior aspect of the traversing left L5 nerve root.
Cervical – Negligible disk bulging at the C3-C4 and C4-C5 levels, but canal and foramina are widely patent
And would these results be the cause of the numbness I have on the left side of my tongue? My left arm and leg have been numb as well (I can still feel them, they just have a numb sensation, not tingling though)

I pinched a nerve between my left shoulder blade and my neck last night, how I did it I don’t really know…was messing with the guitar for a bit then 2 hours later it started. I took some Advil and went to bed, decided to tough it out today at work, took some Advil this morning and the pains still there. Oddly though, I’m getting some shooting pains through my left arm, and I figure that can’t be good. Any ideas if that’s normal?

5 days ago a sharp sting (like needles) was in my leftshoulder, and i have been taking Ibprofen and i just switched to Asprin. My whole left arm is numb from my shoulder to my fingers. i can barley stand it. Does it even sound like I even have a pinched nerve in my neck? And would I look stupid if i went to the hospital to get it looked at? Cause i have no insurance. Please give me some advice.Thank you

I was diagnosed six weeks ago with a pinched nerve in my neck on the left side. I have tingling down my left arm quite frequently. My doctor gave me muscle relaxers and suggested neck exercises, along with heat and massage. Nothing has helped. It is very irriating, not to mention painful. Could I have been misdiagnosed? If not is there anything else that I could do?

I stayed home today because this morning I got a bad pain in my neck. It’s on the left side and whenever I move my neck to the left it hurts really bad. Whenever I move my left arm or even sometimes my right arm it really hurts, too. I got this at school yesterday and it eventually went away, but it came back this morning. Sometimes even walking just hurts, or this morning I sneezed and I screamed out in pain it was so bad. Could this be a pinched nerve?
