I saw a commercial offering legal help for people whose children were born with cerebral palsy, erb’s palsy, and pphn (if you could give a brief description of the symptoms of each that would be nice):

That aside, that’s like suing McDonald’s for making you fat. There’s no concrete evidence of any wrongdoing on one person’s part. It’s untraceable. What do you guys think? I think it’s ridiculous to sue over something like this and a lawyers’ scam to get money for both themselves and their clients.

I had bad experience with attorney and I would like to know if there is a some kind of organization (something like BBB) where I can notify about bad service. I would like that people who needs attorney be aware about his bad service. Maybe there is a website where I can post notice about that attorney. How can I alert people be careful when they need legal help from that particular attorney?

My car was totaled by another driver who was at fault. It seems like no one will talk to me because I or the rest of the passengers weren’t hurt. Do we have to fake injuries to get legal help?

My son was attacked and suffered a fractured skull. The other guy says it weas ‘mutual’, even though he only had a scratch and my son didn’t even know the guy, who came to my son’s neighbor to hassle someone else about an ex. Police refuse to prosecute. Anyway to MAKE them do so? Otherwise, desperate for legal help. Grays Harbor County….
