I have four kids, under 6 years of age, and have been dealing with it for 2 1/2 years. It’s hard to function the way I would like.
I am 130 pounds overweight and would like to get that off but I am finding it very hard to exercise with the pain in my legs.

o.k. I am going crazy because my doctor thinks I have multiple sclerosis. I have a bulging disc in my lower back, but only to the left side. I am having numbness in my back, both legs and recently my arms and fingers. I know the lower back can not cause the arm numbness. This has been happening for over a year and a half. My symptoms are numbness, burning sensations, and muscle jerks. I do not have any of the other normal symptoms of MS. So, is it possible this is all cause by some disc problems? Thanks.

Okay do I have a bulging disc in my lumbar spine. Ite has pinched my sciatic nerve and a few weeks ago when the pain started I only had pain down the sciatic nerve on my right leg, but got the past week it’s been going down the same line on my left leg and on the insides of my legs. Is it possible for a bulging disc to pinch more than one nerve?

I had an accident at work and now have narrowing of the Disc spaces between L4-5 And L5-S1 also my L5 is crooked. It pinches my nerves to my left leg when I stand and sometimes I cant use power in my right leg or it hurts my back. Now I cant drive myself because I loose control of my legs. It is soo bad that I fell in the shower last week and had to stay in the hospital for almost a week.

I pinched my ulner nerve in my left elbow. I work out alot and the doctor said i could only do lower body work outs and core. So i could do crunches and legs work outs but is there anything i can do for my upper body without the use of my arm, i wear a brace that prevents bending.

On Jan. 14, 2011 I was involved in a auto accident. My car was wrecked in the process. I went to the emergency room that night because my legs were in pain. The cops gave me the ticket but it wasn’t my fault. I called 411-pain and went to therapy and went to talk to a lawyer. I was in therapy for almost 2 months then my lawyer dropped my case because he said I was at fault, even though I was fighting the ticket at court. My court case was dismissed. So does that mean i’m not at fault? If so can I go to any lawyer and try to see if I can get some money for my medical bills?
I have had a horrible past 3 months. I had to rent a car for 1 1/2 months because I work as a driver and that is my only means of money. I ended up spending over 00 in car rentals. I have a 00 medical bill. I was also in college at the time and my grades suffered big time. I was a A’s student and I went to C’s. I was very stressed with my insurance company because they were taking forever to resolve my case. I just want my bills paid off and some peace of mind. Please help me if anyone knows any info….

I underwent surgery two years ago, but have not regained the lost functions. E.g.: loss of strength in the arms, hands, and -mainly- the legs.

I had a spinal tap August 2005 and have experienced some severe nerve damage from it. For example I get Electrical shocks throughout my entire body when I put my head down or tap my legs, severe upper left abdominal pain due to the nerves being damaged and the area of my back where they performed the puncture is still very sensitive to the touch, and often hurts very badly. The Dr. who performed the procedure used a laparscope and didn’t even end up getting any fluid because he couldn’t avoid the nerves. So if any of you have experienced anything like this I would like to know how you deal with it. I have frequent visits with my neurologist who keeps insisting there is no way to reverse the nerve damage I experienced, I can only receive pain management.

What could this mean. My cousin is in the hospital and they say he may have lacerated his cervical. They say he can move his arms at the moment, but he can move his legs, which seems odd to me. Please shed some light. Im worried.

I have a stress fracture in my right shin and I am a runner in my free time but this has stopped me from running for 2 moths already. I want to start doing something that will help my stress fracture heal faster and I would like to know some exercises I can do that will strengthen my legs but not make my stress fracture worst or stop it from healing.

I have lower back pain that comes and goes. It starts in my lower back and goes to my front and down my legs. I am only 23 weeks. Is this normal or something I should be concerned about? I see my doctor on Friday so any help until then would be great. Thanks

I need to loose weight very badly… but I have very bad back injury and it causes me to be in constant pain no matter what I do. It limits me greatly. It also affects my legs. The more weight I put on the worse my back gets. I need advise of exercise that I can do that wont hurt my back as bad. I eat about 1800 calories a day. I’m at about 230lbs and I’m a 5′ 7" woman. Thank you.
