I got a DWI in Long Island in May 2008. Many city jobs require you to pay .00. to take a exam. I would I be wasting time and money taking any jobs for the city , state , federal or postal?

This past weekend, I was pulled over by a New York State Trooper for speeding, 80 in a 55, I also got a DWI. I blew a .11. I have seen some answers here saying that I need a lawyer, But I don’t have the money for one. Should I plea not-guilty or guilty? I don’t care if I lose my license, I just don’t want to get jail time or probation. Does anyone know my chances or getting just a license suspension and fines? And does anyone know of a way to get a cheap lawyer, if need be? I live in Huntington, on Long Island, New York.
