I recently cut my left middle finger, almost to the bone, and received 7 stitches for it. I have the pins and needle sensation along with pain on that whole side of my finger. Is this nerve damage? Will it repair itself or will I need to see a specialist? What would a specialist be able to do?

see ive had a pain in my neck for like a year now assuming its a pinched nerve, and i wake up sometimes with my right hand and middle finger numb. Also sometimes when im tired after work or during work i get cramps in my left leg.
