I heard that Xanax can "relax muscles" and my muscles are sore from working out at the gym, with my nerve (around shoulder/arm, idk) hurting extremely bad to the point where I want to go to sleep so I don’t have to suffer for a while. Would Xanax help at all?

I have apinched nerve from a car acc. and I can’t lay on my left side .

I dislocated my shoulder a couple of weeks ago, and my arm’s been in an immobilizer since then. Because my arm has been at my side basically 24-7, my forearm’s numb. My mom, who’s a nurse, thinks I might have pinched a nerve. What can I do about this?

I pinched a nerve in my back I believe from sitting in the same position on my bed with my back pressed against my bed bar.

I have pain down the back and also nerve pains in my genital area.
A bit of numbness too.

How can I help it heal?
Would it be okay for me to go to my school courses and all if I have just pinched my back nerve?

Back pain, groin pain, leg pain… could this be Sciatic Nerve and how do you treat it?

im 17 weeks pregnant today and last night i woke up with a real bad pain in the right side of my lower back. its slowly goes away after 10-20 mins but it hurts soo bad i cant move. its only in the right side of my lower back, and its happened 3 other times (befor last night). could it be the baby laying a certin way and laying on a nerve??
it juss stays in the same spot

had colon removed laproscopically,not sciatic nerve will not let me sleep any suggestions

You know the nerve that goes between your shoulder blade under that bone? The kind of kink that makes turning your head side to side too painful? I have had this for 2 weeks and I have done ice and heat and sometimes my arm even hurts…just wondering if you had any ideas as my finances are low at the moment.

For approximately 6 weeks now, I have had a constant headache. I was treated initially for a sinus infection, it cleared up, headache continued. Went to see ENT, no signs of ear infection or sinus infection. He referred me to a neurologist who stated I had migraine headache because the headache was concentrated on one side of my head. MRI was done, results were normal. I still have the headache, most of the pain in the back on the right side, now into my neck, shoulder and down my arm and tingling in my fingers. I try ice packs, Topamax, Fironoil, BC, everything for headache, I have tried. I was involved in 2 auto accidents (2003 and 2005) both injuring the right side of my neck. I also had CTR on the right hand which had nerve complications, and right shoulder surgery 2years ago. Can someone please suggest something I haven’t tried.

Can anyone please point me in the direction of an expert in this area. Two herniated discs pushing on Sciatic nerve. Dr.’s tend to advocate meds with MANY harmful side effects or Discectomy surgery which also carries FAR TO MANY complications. Looking for an expert who is on the cutting edge. Also, natural food remedies are welcome (to reduce inflamation- where there is pain, there is always inflamation).

I have had steroid injections with little help, the nerve has very little space to go through, any options?
