Would severe sciatic nerve pain , large baby, severe hip pain, back pain, pelvic pain, and constant diareeha/vomitting be a reason to induce? im 35 weeks almost 36 and ive had these horrible pains. i cant play w/ my kids, i cant enjoy being pregnant, and just walking into the doc office from the parking lot or to the grocery from the parking lot is killing me.. im always in pain..

i was involved in an accident, he pulled out of a parking lot (he was turning left) i ended up t- boning him and there was honestly nothing i could do to avoid it, the police officier listed him at fault and he was given a ticket for failure to yield, i recieved nothing..now his insurance company is trying to say i am 30% percent at fault, i have two witnesses that agree with my story. his insurance company is also trying to get me to agree to have my insurance company pay for everything, i know it is their job to bullying people into settleing, would it be in my best interest to hire a lawyer

I am going through a divorce and it’s really miserable at home as we are still under the same roof. After work, I stopped at CVS and bought a big bottle of rum and 2 2-ltr bottles of diet coke. I was planning on going home, but decided I wasn’t up to a fight. I pulled into a parking lot near my home and called a friend. While sitting and talking I made a couple of drinks. I knew that I would be walking home when the rain stopped. After sitting a couple of hours, cops appeared and proceeded to arrest me for DUI.

I don’t want any of my family members to know about this. I am awaiting a job transfer to Houston. I need to deal with this in a timely manner.

What is the best way to handle this?

I really made a bad decision by drinking and driving and got pulled over for DWI while I was coming back from celebrating with friends for graduating college at a bar in another town 25 minutes away. Before we left to the bar, 3 of my friends and I had all had met in a parking lot and decided to all ride in my car to the club/bar while leaving my friends car in the parking lot to pick it up later when we got back. Well, I made the right decision the first time to let my sober friend drive me and my other friend home on the way back to the parking lot. However, I had to drive myself and the other friend home afterward since we met up in a parking lot in seperate cars and he lived closer to me. Well, when I drove and got closer to home I made a wrong turn because I forgot what street he lived on. Therefore, I made a U-Turn and thats when I got arrested because it drew attention from the police.

This is my first arrest/offense EVER, and I don’t usually drink and at all, but I guess my celebration turned into a nightmare in a matter of minutes. However, I made the decision to drive and accept all responsibilities for my actions.

However, being that I just graduated college, within a week, I’m nervous as heck because I have to pay back my college loans within 6 months and I’m scared for my life that I won’t be able to obtain a job or even go to jail. I’m also glad that I didn’t hurt anybody or get in a car accident.

I was wondering what type of penalties i will receive? and since I can’t afford a lawyer, will legal aid be available to help or am I doomed?

I really really hate myself right now, and feel like I won’t succeed in life after this goes on my record being that I just graduated from college.

i met with an accident in the parking lot of a shopping center when the car i was parking accidently hit the showroom window. an employee has filed a personal injury suit against me. i have insurance coverage of 15k. can the judge grant a higher amount and if so what will happen if i cant afford it?

I was out the other nite having a few drinks with my buddies. I got in the car and started to drive home. At first I seemed OK, but then I realized I was drunk and can not drive. So I pulled out of the first exit I saw and pulled into a McDonald’s parking lot. I ‘d figured I’d rest and sober up. I fell asleep in the car and was awoken by an officer tapping on the window. He asked me what I was doing. I told him I was resting because I was drunk and couldn’t drive home. I told him I came from a bar that was about 1/2 mile away. He’d asked me to take a sobriety test. I said I’m drunk and too tired. Its about 3 am. He then cuffed and took me to the station. I took a BAC test at the station and blew 0.18. Now this is my first offense ever. I’ve never been arrested, I had only 1 speeding ticket in the last 5 years. I made a terrible mistake that night thinking I was able to drive home. Should I hire a lawyer? The officer didn’t see me drive at all. How does it look for me?
I live in the state of MA. The arrest took place in NH. There is no citation # on the order and condition of bail. How much would a lawyer be for this type of case?

This is my story on what happened Saturday on through Sunday from which I received my first ever DWI. Saturday afternoon my roommate and I had plans to meet some friends at Jesters Pub and listen to a few of the live bands that were scheduled to play there. We all were having a good time, Jesters is a type of bar where we can let out a little aggression it has what they call a mosh pit where everyone runs jumps and pushes each other, a very fun atmosphere for a certain type of person great exercise as well. Well after a few rounds of “moshing” a few rounds of drinks I found myself back in the “mosh pit”. Next thing I remember is numerous amounts of people tackling me and the last thing I remember is losing consciousness when I came to I was outside with the bouncers telling me that I need to take my roommate to the hospital because he had hurt his arm. So being the nieve drunk that I apparently am, and still in a state of confusion/adrenalin I scooped him up and headed to the car. Once in the car my senses hit me I told him that I probably shouldn’t drive so we called a friend to meet us. Unfortunately we had to meet our designated driver 3-5 blocks down the road at a local gas station…This is where I made my mistake I agreed to take him to the gas station. Almost immediately after we pulled out of the bar’s parking lot I saw blue lights and proceeded to pull over. I told the officer my situation and was arrested for DWI. I now understand that I made the wrong decision and things could have been much much worse. I’m thankful that no one else was injured or killed. I’m currently thinking about my situation I live off post I take care of my 20 month daughter and my wife is in the army as well. I really don’t know what to do or how much trouble I’m really in. Looking for lawyers paying the courts doesn’t fit within my budget along with a mortgage, car payment, wife, and child.

One year ago I was in an auto accident. My friend was driving apparently to slow for the driver behind us and was we started to pull into a parking lot they decided to speed up and try to pass us by using the sidewalk. We were hit at my door and I was turned looking at my friend in the back seat. The police cited her and her ins has accepted 100% fault. I went to the ER for head (I hit the door window) and neck pain and fallowed up with my doc. Since then I have had 3 months PT (he said he could not fix me) and still see the chiro. I had 2 MRI, CAT and several x-rays. I was placed on medications including: Valium, Percocet and Oxycodone initially but after a week asked for something weaker and went to hydrocodone which still left me sleepy so I went to IBfrofin 800, meloxican and Skelaxin. Seen a back specialist too. All agree with my doctor that my SI joint is messed up and my chiro put my back at 20% permanently damaged and will need to see him once a month forever My bills are about 9,000. I don’t want a lawyer to take money from my pain so I don’t want to have one. Now that it has been a year and my doctors say I am as good as I am going to get I was to settle. What should I do? Is there a form I can give my doctors to fill out?

Also I was 12 weeks pregnant and ended up having him at 22 weeks in which he died right after birth. With everything that happen the month after and all the medications could this have been a cause? My doctor that delivered him says he can’t tell me the reason I went into early labor. I was on seasonal and didn’t know I was pregnant till 16 weeks .
Sorry I was not clear, I just mentioned I was turned talking to my friend in the back because my spine was twisted when I was hit and injured. The Lady that hit us was faulted 100%, my friends in the car had nothing to do with my injures and even if they did I would never sue my friends.

she had 4 beers and had to move her car across the street to a different parking lot. she was pulled over. never blew bc she was always told not to. passed the field sobriety test, but they still took her in. should she get a lawyer or just take a public defender? we always heard gettin a lawyer postpones the case for up to a year before they convict you. she doesnt have money. not sure what i should tell her to do, and what would be her best bet.

I slipped and fell last Dec at my work parking lot that had not been cleared of snow and ice and have had pain on my tail bone and across my buttocks ever since. It has gotten worse over the year and now have pain down my legs , I went for an MRI and was told i have a L5 ruptured disc and DDD. Does anyone know if this can be connected ? I had to have surgery on my knee also and now both knees are hurting can that be connected? I have had nothing but pain since i fell . I now have seen a lawyer and he says i have a case against my work. What do you think?

We were rear ended by a drunk driver. I was driving, we stopped at a stop light and this 1970 Ford pickup (that had almost clipped us coming out of the parking about 1/4 a mile before the light). He screached out of the parking lot and didn’t even seem to slow down and slammed into the back of us. He had to be going pretty fast to do the damage that he did to our car and especially his tuck (those old trucks are like tanks!). The passenger owned the truck and the driver was supposively his designated driver, even tho he had been drinking too. Well the driver hopped out of the car and took off on foot!(he had warrants) The passenger (owner of the the truck) stayed there and didn’t even get arrested!

I’m not sure if we should get a lawyer… we haven’t been offered a settlement yet, but what would you suggest? My arm is still hurting and Chris’ back is hurting too. We’re going to a chiropractor this week… I’ve just never had this happen and need to know what we should do.
We HAVE been to the Dr. and his insurance paid for our rental and will reimburse us for medical… but we’re afraid they will only offer us minimal money for the settlement. Is having a lawyer the only way to get the most out of the settlement? Did I mention our 5 month old little girl was in the back seat? thankfully shes okay, but it could have been alot worse, our car has a/b ,000-,000 in damage not to mention how sore we’ve been!

I bumped a person with my car in a parking lot accidently. He did not fall down or anything and he said he thought he was going to be ok but he said I did hurt his knee some but he walked off just fine. We did not file a police report. He went to see his regular doctor now he is seeing a specialist. I am thinking his regular doctor did not see it and is sending him on to someone else. I think he is digging for money.
The injury he is claiming would have been very painful and he was so not hurt like that he did not even drop what he was carrying. What do I do to protect myself from a scammer? This happened in Alabama
I have contacted my insurance company the day it happened but he has not contacted them yet.
I do not mean to imply that it is not my fault nor would I ever give him money that is why I have insurance. I am just hate for somebody to take insurance money if they are not turly injured
I know my insurance will go up and for what because somebody wants to scam the system because they can that stinks I think.
