1. How many clients would a 1st of 2nd year Personal Injury ("P.I") Attorney expect to handle annually?
2. How does a P.I Attorney build a practice and obtain clients? (aside from the TV Commercial type adverts)
3. This question is for practicing P.I Attorney’s – i assume job satisfaction is very high give you are helping people fight high powered insurance companies and the like, is this true?

Where can I find a personal injury realease form?

I am starting a tennis class and I wanted to know where I could get personal injury release forms.

I don’t want to get sued if someone twists an ankle which happens in sports.

Thank you for your help.

Can a mechanic sue for personal injury?

Example scenario I am preparing for school: Let’s say one hires somebody to get work done on their car off of Craig’s List and they come to the customer’s location with their tools to do the work and they get hurt (dislocated shoulder). The mobile mechanic tells the customer that the car needs to be taken to the shop to be worked on the lift with proper tools but the customer refuses and the mechanic stays and completes the job resulting in personal injury. Can the mobile mechanic sue the car owner for medical damages?

if i contracted a life threatening illness due to mold exposure in my parents home, can i sue their homeowners insurance company for personal injury?

I was involved in a rear end collision in July last year. I was sitting at a red light in my car when a pick-up truck ran into the back of me. I got whiplash which caused me months of back and neck pain and Im currently undergoing physiotherapy treatment. I’m about to begin legal proceedings for personal injury against the driver of the car who ran into me.

My question is in cases like this in Florida, what would be a typical contingency fee percentage that an attorney would ask for.

Many thanks.

Can personal injury claim be filed later ?

A minor fender bender occured, scratched bumpers on both cars, the police came to the scene insurance information was exchanged, no injuries documented. Can the other party claim personal injury/whip lash at a later date?
Thanks for the response – is there is a time limit on how soon the claim has to be submitted?

How does personal injury works if the other insurance had admitted liability. A person has private insurance. Do the individual seek treatment thru their private insurance? Is it best to start with your primary physician and let him recommend treatment that is best for your injuries? Or is this even possible? Once treatment is over how do an individual reimburse their private insurance? Is this something the liable insurance company do or is this something the injured individual handle ? Is it possible that the individual settle may or may not cover the medical if so then will the private insurance come after the injured person for reimbursement. Any info, scenerio or number value to help me understand would be greatly appreciated

This is in reference to an auto accident, the other party settled for both property damage and personal injury, the statute of limitations of two years passed, and then four days later a lawsuit is filed. This is the state of Texas, so just wondering if there are exceptions, I guess.

Can I hire a lawyer from another State?

I currently live in KY, and I’m thinking of filing a product liability lawsuit because of personal injury from energy drinks. The incident occurred more than a year ago. Can I hire a lawyer from TN even if I live in KY since the Statute of Limitations is only a year in KY and 4 years in TN?

I have been sued for causing personal injury to someone by auto. The incident occurred in 2005 and the person sued me as of 2009. Is the case even valid. Suppose ably the person says that they have been injured, but when I did go to the court in 2005, then the medical reports of that person showed that they are all normal. Now out of no where after 4 years I receive these Summons from the Plaintiff.

This is regarding a personal injury (from car accident) claim. I was at no fault. Other driver’s negligence. I was told that it was my right to see both settlement proposal as well as final statement prior my lawyer talks or gives the documents to the insurance. My lawyer never did. Always went straight to the insurance without consulting me…

if a uninsured person get hit by insured person who hit and ran and there is pain and suffering with personal injury what is the average payout?

This is personal injury, and I am waiting for a response for acceptance or denial of claim. My lawyers supposedly have been waiting for 4 months without correspondence or an answer. Is this normal?

I have been researching the issues and there are so many I’m not sure what type of lawyer I need. I have decided to get a legal consultation. Misrepresentation of property, violations of MA statutes, laws and condo docs. Consumer fraud. Is this personal injury?

i sent my insurance company a demand letter for my personal injury from an auto accident with an uninsured motorist that wasnt my fault. i gave them permission to obtain all medical reports and have sent them all the bills i have received so far. i sent them a demand and i was wondering how long i had to wait for them to respond. any info will help thanks!
