I either have a pinched nerve or a slipped disc in my back.
Most likely a pinched nerve because I sometime get shocking pains going up and down my back/leg.
I’ve been very inactive for the past 6 months, which most likely caused it.
But should I completely avoid sitting down, or does sitting down with good posture help from constantly standing/laying down?

I’m pretty sure i have collapsed arches (something genetic) and i started feeling pain in my knees and lower back pain for several years (20 now). I also think it’s partly due to bad posture, because i spend 4-5 hours at computer.
I started doing exercises since april and decreased the time spent on computer and it’s been useful. Should i ask a doctor before trying one of those plantars?
Any tips appreciated!

I mean a spine bending forward than the shoulder as a result of bad walking posture.

I’m 16 years old and this year I have neck and back pain almost every day after school. I think it’s my posture, I try to stand up straight but it’s hard for me. I’m usually slouched over in my desk too. Usually I take advil, but I’m wondering if it’s normal for me to have neck pain at my age. And how can I stop getting it? Thank you!

I think I have a pinched nerve because I often get really severe pain going down one of my arms. I know I need to see a doctor, but until then is there any way to help the pain? Is there any posture/stretch/etc that I can try?

Whenever I play hockey I get severe lower back pain. I try to stretch out as much a possible, however it get to the point where I can no longer skate. I’m wondering if this is because I haven’t played roller hockey in 5 years.
Perhaps my muscles are adjusting and/or strengthening or perhaps my posture is bad when skating. Any advice would be greatly appreciated. Thanks.

I don’t have health insurance, so anything (from sleeping positions, to posture) would help.

I’ve been running cross-country for four years now, but this is the first year I’ve exerpeince lower back pain. What can I do to avoid this? One of my teammates said it could be posture, but now says my posture shouldn’t be triggering lower back pain. What could be causing this, and what can I do to avoid this?
